Not very hygienic hotel. Location is great. Cafeteria good and complimentary pickup facility is nice.

Only few rooms are in good conditions. Hotel is under renovation. hence better avoid . Rooms are not having windows, hence having foul/ stinky smell.||||Bed sheets are seems to be re used without washing. Water was dripping from AC, flushing was not working in -404. ||||||Restaurant service is not available right now due to renovation , but room service is available . Food quality is good. ||||they don't provide complementary water bottle if you book through online. But you can get a average quality breakfast with very online booking .

The renovated rooms are well appointed. We were earlier given R#304 but later shifted to R# 307 as the A/c wasn't working. 304 was spacious unlike 307. The hotel management would do well to provide kettle along with tea, coffee, milk and sugar sachets. Service at restaurant was good but the room service left a lot to be desired. Kindly improve room service. The ongoing upgradation is causing a lot of dust, as such the rooms need to be properly dusted.

It is good hotel, very well maintained. Specious clean rooms rooms, 24 hour hot n cold water , AC ,32 inch flat TV. WIFI in room.Staff is very cooperative and polite.||We were given complimentary pick up from railway satiation and breakfast too was complimentary.||Over all value for money and highly recommended.||Stayed with family on the way to Kanha.

Hospitality is great. Has lift (which doesn't go to 4th floor, only up to 3rd floor) Has in-house restaurant with good food. Washrooms are clean and has running hot water. Rooms are good, has mirror, cupboard, 1 tea table, 2 bedside tables, 2 chairs, Bed(of course), & TV. What is detracting is the cleanliness of sheets, quilt covers, pillows and towel. Though they look clean but they smell dusty , as if they haven't been used for a long time. The cupboard and window sills also had lot of dust. Hence i have rated a 3, else it could easily have been 4

Cool place superb unlimited buffet Breakfast of 4 items paratha with aloo, poha, idli sambhar , khirni, corn flakes n tea coffee ... They offer complimentary pick up from station too. Rooms are decent

Good hotel with good interior. Located within 2km from Station. Good behaviour of Managers and staff. Bed sheet was not clean but changed promptly .|Restaurant food also good.Good decor, nice ambience with light music. But slow service.

We stayed at this place for two nights and the experience wasn't very pleasant. The room service staff was polite and helpful. We booked 4 rooms. None of the power points were working in one room. When they gave us another room, it was the same story. Linen was torn in the other room with no power points working. The worst part was the food that they served. Very limited options, full of oil, salt and spices. 4 out of 8 people fell sick after eating at the hotel. The aalo gobhi matar sabzi which was served in dinner was again served with extra oil and tadka the next morning in breakfast with poori. Food was a deal breaker. I would not recommend this place.
