This was our 2nd stay here, we came back because of our experience the 1st time. Nice clean rooms, quiet, nice amenities, and friendly staff.

The hotel is well located in Castelo Branco and within walking distance to all main attractions. They have off street parking which is a bonus and the rooms are tidy and comfortable. When it comes to service, I need to make a special mention for Nadia at the reception. What an absolute superstar and asset she is to the Hotel! Her personality is warm and infectious and she goes above and beyond in every way to make your stay an amazing experience. Thank you again Nadia and hope to see you again in our travels!

Outdated interior. Thin walls. Can hear everything! No spa (booking.com suggest otherwise). Old furniture, windows, and TV but that could be forgivable. The worst thing is the audability of everything happening in the next room and maybe the room over. It's crazy. I woke up to someone else's alarm. A mindful neighbour knocked on the wall to help the person wake up, followed up by a sigh (YOU CAN HEAR IF SOMEONE SIGHS THROUGH THE WALL!) of the person in another room. There was a school trip or something and I heard kids who weren't even on the same floor. To top that all off, the toilet was dripping water the whole night, had I not been that tired I would never have fallen asleep, I'd probably go crazy right in that room. Ridiculous! If you want to have a good rest, do not go to this hotel. The beds are nice though, firm mattresses which is not common in hotels for some reason. The room wasn't as clean as it should have been. Stray hairs in multiple places. The mirror had small stains. The hair dryer is hanging on by a thread, hardly working and the cord was half broken. Breakfast eggs were gray for some reason but other than that the breakfast was okay, nothing remarkable. The tables were terrible though. For some reason, the room has mostly flimsy 8 person tables. On Booking the hotel is listed as having Spa and wellness centre. In reality it's just a massage cabinet that you need to schedule. It has a gym though. I also don't think that 100€ per night price is justified all things considered but could be worse I guess. I don't understand how it's a 4 star hotel. To avoid.

Same 2nd stay, just decided to stay an extra day and we didn't have to give up or switch to another room.

On a positive view, the on-site parking was convenient, and the location was ok. The staff was extremely helpful and overall welcoming.||However, this can not make up for the overall quality of the rooms. The rooms, as we we told, are "historic." This is not accurate they are simply old. The furniture and bedding are not pleasing. The bathroom is poorly designed. |The lobby, as well as the glass front doors, look more appropriate on o roadside motel.||Certainly not a four star hotel.

The hotel located in the center of Castelo Branco|It has its own parking so if you coming by car, you don’t have to search for one |The rooms are very big and you have enough space. I’ve got a room with a balcony. |The bathroom it’s big enough and very clean |The breakfast is very rich and tasty |The stuff are very kind and helpful

We only stayed 1 night, but it was clean and comfortable, in a good location, with parking and the breakfast has lots to choose from. It also had a bar and restaurant which we didn't go to but looked very inviting.

The hotel was quite outdated. This was more evident in the baby items such as crib and baby chairs. But beds were nice and comfortable!
