I booked the 2 Compact AC rooms based on good reviews but had to cancel due to a fractured foot just a day after booking. Despite my formal request for a refund, the hotel refused, citing a strict no-refund policy, even though my check-in was still a week away. While policies are important, exceptions for medical emergencies would show better customer care. Disappointed by their lack of flexibility. Travelers should be aware that this hotel does not accommodate unforeseen situations. A more customer-friendly approach would improve trust and goodwill.
