Absolutely loved our 6-night stay. Clean, well appointed rooms. Bed, pillows, individual duvets were a dream. Magnificent breakfast. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Jutland!

We stayed one night at the Randers Hotel in August 2025. Pretty good hotel. It was a "grand old" hotel, but has been substantially refurbished after the fire some years ago. So the rooms do have modern comforts. Reltively larger room than most we encountered during two weeks in Scandinavia. Easy to walk to many eating places given its central location. Recommend it.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. I wouldn’t even recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. No air conditioning, horrible breakfast and honestly everything was bad. If you want to comfortable stay, DO NOT GO HERE. All the other reviews are lies, do not listen. Like sure it is old and all but WHO CARES. WORK ON MAKING THE HOTEL BETTER THEN PEOPLE WILL START PRAISING ITS OLDNESS. Also, when I complained about the room being too hot they told me to open a window. EVERYONE IS SO DAMN LOUD I COULDN’T SLEEP. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE THAT WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. ALSO, NOT TO MENTION THE ABSOLUTE WORST BREAKFAST. SUPER RUNNY EGGS, NO MILK, BAD TOASTER. IT SEEMS THIS HOTEL CANT DO ANYTHING AND I MEAN A-N-Y-T-H-I-N-G RIGHT. The only thing I liked about this hotel was: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AT ALL. NEVER GO HERE. Thank you.

Nice hotel, accommodating staff and the room had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good, eggs, bacon and buffet with bread, yogurt and fruit. Great location but the garage parking is really tight and not for everyone. They also offer outdoor parking

Very comfy hotel because it's in the old town so at the same time it's close to every attraction. The personnel is very friendly and kind, there is a gym, big garage. The sofas of the bed ar too flexible for me.

Historic hotel right in the middle of town. Huge room overlooking the street. It was a bit noisy early, but the street got quiet early. Service was excellent. We grabbed a quick meal in the restaurant, and the food was excellent.

A great location and lovely looking old hotel….but they stuck us in a room that smelled like sewage. We arrived in the afternoon and noticed a funny smell but only had a night in town so immediately went out and didn’t think too much of it. We came back late and really noticed the smell, which we discovered vented out of the drains (shower, sink) in the bathroom. Being late in the evening, we just opened the window and shut the bathroom to reduce the stink when we went to bed. It smelled like an open sewer when we opened the bathroom door the next morning so showered in the sauna facility instead. When we checked out we told the front desk guy about it and he marked it down on a piece of paper, then just smiled quickly at us, with no apology. Apparently not a surprise. It’s an old hotel I understand, with obvious plumbing issues, but they can’t stick guests in a room that smells like an open sewer, and then wave it off when it’s brought to their attention…beware!

Yelp
Very nice hotel with a nice breakfast. Also has a sauna. The staff was very courteous and extremely helpful. Highly recommended!
