Hotel Randiya

All kind of facilities is available which make your stay more than relax. The rooms are very clean and the food is very good and affordable. I never expect this much of facilities. All the staff is very friendly. Making the experience truly memorable. The hospitality and service here are unmatched.

What a beautiful hotel. I like this environment. The view is good as well. Nice buffet. Tasty food, friendly staff. Also near to the sacred city. Highly recommend.

At my stay at this hotel i was honestly dissastified. First of all as soon as we got into the rooms the bed was already broken and it had a hole in it. Plus there were tons of mosquitos and bugs in the bathroom. Mostly everthing was rusty like the drains in the shower. We thought it could not be that bad until we got too the pool. The pool was filled with bugs and insects which means they dont use any chemical (like chlorine) to keep the bugs away or at least not lure them in to the pool. The breakfast was also not great there were only closed foods like pancakes and bannans (that is also what they only had beside egg) we were lucky to only stay here one day and I would never come again. Would not recommend do not come.

Rooms were pretty full of mosquitos with no mosquito nets provided. My shower was a trickle of water. We were also assured that we could order food at their restaurant a la carte although the buffet wasn’t on. We proceeded to try to order across an hour before giving up. Staff kept going off to converse and call someone every time we ordered an item and communicated really poorly what was going on. In the end we gave up any hope that they were actually preparing our meal so we cancelled our order and went elsewhere (they seemed relieved about this). The worst thing is that the manager then wanted to charge us service charge on top of the overpriced beers we had had whilst waiting. After explaining that service charge is for good service that we did NOT have, he apologised, but it was pretty incredulous that he even requested this!

The rooms are very clean and tidy and their food is tasty! The staff is very nice and friendly. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

I checked in on Saturday with a daughter .It was a very nice stay.Room ,washrooms were very clean .Staff very friendly and helpful . I went there early before the check in timebut they alowed us to check in .It was really helpful since we came early from Colombo . Food was tasty

I recently had a fabulous stay at Hotel Randiya. The friendly staff made me feel incredibly welcome and at home. My room was impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat. The food was delicious and offered a great variety. Overall, the excellent service, clean rooms, and great food made my stay memorable. Highly recommended!

Staff is friendly, Clean bed rooms, Food is fresh. It was a pleaser to to visit this hotel with my family which I never expected such an enjoyble stay. The check in was so fast & smooth before we had our welcome drink. The room are cozy & well kept, the pool was clean & amazing. and the buffet was very tasty especially morning and night too.
