I stayed at this hotel for the second time, three days in January 2026, and this experience was extremely disappointing.
On arrival, the front door was locked, there was absolutely no one at reception, and the phone number provided didn’t even work. I was left standing outside in the rain and cold, forced to call repeatedly their number and even ask a neighbor for help just to reach someone.
After countless attempts, and half hour of waiting, someone finally showed up. I did receive an upgraded room, which was the only positive point.
But the hotel’s restaurant — one of the main reasons I booked — was closed, and they never mentioned this at the time of reservation. Completely unacceptable.
The service was just as frustrating. I called again and again for extra pillows, sent emails that were ignored, and when someone finally responded, they brought towels instead. I never got the pillows at all.
Checkout was the final absurdity: no staff, no reception, no proper process. I had to leave the key with a random worker on site.
Overall, the lack of organization, communication, and basic hospitality ruined my stay. I will definitely not return.
