my severe disappointment with my recent stay at your property. I had initially booked the hotel for one night but accidentally paid for two nights. Upon realizing this mistake, I immediately requested a refund for the extra night. Your team assured me that the refund would be processed at check-out. Unfortunately, this promise turned out to be false, as the refund was not provided.
To make matters worse, the overall experience was absolutely dreadful. The owner and staff were shockingly rude, showing no professionalism or courtesy. The room condition was beyond unacceptable – the bedsheets reeked of an unpleasant smell, the room was filthy, and the hygiene standards were appalling. Adding to this, the food served was of terrible quality, making the entire stay a nightmare.
This experience left me with a horrible impression of your hotel, and I strongly urge others to avoid staying at your property. I demand an immediate refund for the extra payment that was wrongfully retained. Additionally, I suggest you take this feedback seriously and work on drastically improving your services if you wish to maintain any level of credibility in the hospitality industry.
