Booked a suite for a family of 4. One very good king size bed and one very old, small, squeaky and almost unusable sofa bed. Location is great and staff were very good, but this hotel needs to invest in some new sofa beds given the prices charged for suites. A real shame for what could be a very good hotel.

The Hotel is at the best place in Nyon, right at the lake. Everything was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. Personal really friendly. But I don’t know why is this hotel has 4 stars. The room is really old-fashioned. The walls are a little dirty. It has just one plug-in next to the bed each side, which were taken, so if you need one for your phone you’re not gonna use the lamp at the evenings. A little further from the bed there’s 3 plug-ins. Breakfast: we‘ve had two breakfasts. Tea selection is great. On these two mornings were everything the same. Some sort of fruits, not much. No vegetables. There was around 6-8 tiny croissants ( which i personally found not enough at all) and bread. Yogurts, jam, nutella, honey, coffee, two types of cheese… There is no parking place, you need to park next to the hotel in a parking garage for around CHF 15-20 per night. Or you can park max. 3 hours on the street during the day.

The location is perfect, they have breakfast only, not much to choose from. But rooms are neat and clean , staff is friendly and helpful,

The worst hotel ever . No air conditioner. The room is very hot . Very bad service.

Nice hotel - really lovely location on Lake Geneva and the staff here are very chatty and helpful. For me the room, furniture and amenities don’t match up to the Four Star listing - but it would be a decent Three Star anywhere else. Overall a nice stay.

Best hotel in nice . Great hospitality. Lake view room is awesome. Situated in quiet peaceful area. Stunning views . Very near to train station as well as ferry ⛴️.

Very welcoming and friendly staff at this hotel which is almost at the border of the lake. unfortunately the hotel had no outside area, not even for breakfast. Room was very clean and quiet but the design was very very dated.|Breakfast was okay but wish there would've been at least a lake view and not just some shut curtains. |Price was high as it's normal in this area. Unfortunately the charge an additional person in the same room was very high (CHF 40.-).|Unfortunately it's a matter of luck if you get lake view....

We lived in Nyon for 4 years so are very familiar with the town and property/reputation. We moved to Basel two years ago and were missing the lake and mountains so decided to return to Nyon for a couples summer weekend on the lake. We splurged for a corner room with a balcony facing the lake, the view alone is worth the rate (room 36, highlight recommend). The AC was very welcome and the bathroom was updated and clean, as we had a corner room there was a nice window next to the tub as well! Bath salts are a nice touch. The room is spacious and clean, pillows comfy. Found the mattress not so comfortable but take that with a grain of salt as I am 9 months pregnant and couldn't sleep well. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night with a drink from the bar and waking up to the sunrise in the morning. Concierge was extremely friendly and helpful. One negative is no parking/no parking voucher for the main public garage which is a few steps away, so overnight will cost you. There we hardly any other guests over the weekend so the Sunday breakfast buffet was not put out, rather, we were kindly waited on and offered anything to our heart's content! Again excellent service. My parents also stayed here a few years ago when they visited us and had a similarly pleasant experience.
