Hotel Real

AC took about 10 hours to work effectively. This is a place where you have to leave the AC on 24/7, though management would not want that. Staff did offer to change rooms but the AC was the same in that room. They also had a technician put the next morning to look at it, so they did try their best.

We had an emergency with our car and had to stay at this hotel, we stayed two nights and they charged us 500€, threatens us to call the police and prevent us from boarding our flight. I called the reception and asked how much a room for two nights for two people would cost, they gave a price of 250€. When we confronted the front desk, they offered to give a “discount”, saying we could pay only 430€. We had to catch the flight so we had to pay the money but it is ridiculous how they charged us double, the rooms and service were definitely not worth 500€. They used our desperation against us and charged us more. Absolutely disappointing.

We stayed only for 1 night and booked a studio with a large balcony. The studio was spacious, clean and absolutely enough for us and our dog (a big one, by the way :). Big and comfortable beds, clean bathroom, mini fridge.|The receptionists and the all the other staff were very helpful and friendly.|The hotel is very close to the city centre, 10 min. walk.|I do recommend Hotel Real and we will defenitely visit it again!

Home away from home hotel. Good for leisure and business travelers. Also good for a long stay. Room are spacious with big balconies. Very comfortable beds. Hygiene is 100 % , restaurant on site. Food and wine is good. Convenient location. Simply put, nice place to stay!

Nice big comfortable room and bathroom, new linens, helpful stuff. We enjoyed their breakfast at the table in the garden section. Close to the mall by feet (5 min), to the Old Plovdiv (12 min.), to the railway station (20 min).||Negative: ||- the odour of smoking in the room but after opening the windows it did not disturb us more. ||- the breakfast could be a bit more interesting, so we ordered it only once and for the next 2 days bought the food in the mall.

The hotel is located in a small street in quiet residential area of apartment blocks 1 km away form city center. Parking is "as available" - 5 places reserved by the hotel on the street and underground places available for payment. Breakfast not included in the price - optional 5 euro for a set course IMHO not worth the money. Room (505) is spacious and well maintained; mini-bar, safe, flat screen TV, and a couch. Bathroom is good. I would recommend the hotel for a short city break as long as one does not mind a 10-20 min walk to downtown Plovdiv's places of interest.

Even though has this hotel 3 stars, the level is higher. The position is great near the central square and near large supermarket and other small markets.The rooms are large and good equipped. The staff is very really nice. ||||The only 2 negatives:||- the wifi signal was very weak in my room, but I think that it depends on the position of the room (maybe one of APs was not online - the hotels has about 7 APs).||- maybe the breakfast menus could be more various

Surprisingly nice hotel. All needed is available at an absolutely reasonable price.
