Hotel Realm

Very nice place for holidays. We spent 1 night which was not enough but we enjoyed alots. I have stayed on many 5 stars hotels but i found must comfortable bed in this hotel. Bed was beyond perfect 👌. Front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming. But need bit focus on bathroom shower especially bottom parts(started to get mouldy) . Rather than that we enjoyed. Now it will be on our list every-time when we visit Canberra. Thank you

We travel a lot and this is probably one of the best hotel experiences we have had traveling with a 7 year old. The rooms are super comfortable and having a pool and restaurant handy was great for making our stay as easy as possible with a very active child in tow! We enjoyed visiting the nearby galleries and were lucky enough to catch the 9pm fireworks over the lake. All in all a lovely visit!

We stayed in a suite, good size rooms with balcony a bonus. Beds were comfortable, however there were tears in our bed linen. Our shower also had a bit of mold, and the air conditioning did not work effectively on the coldest setting with highest fan. Obviously this wouldn't be an issue in winter. Restaurants and bars nearby, good location.

Service was amazing, from start to finish every interaction we had we staff were pleasant. the facilities were great. A good size gym, swimming pool ,bars and restaurants Location was also pretty handy, a short drive to most sites we wanted to visit The Cleanliness of the Bathroom was a little disappointing, also a fan in the bathroom is a must- the Bathrooms have no FAN or a way of ventilation

The service is fantastic. Reception went out of their way to help us on check in. I stay in lots of hotels and the service here is some of the best I have experienced. Rooms are very clean and well appointed. The health club has a great gym with free weights not just machines.

We stayed here for the last two days of our trip and was super relaxing and chilled out. The most wonderful beds and pillows. Super relaxing and great bathrooms. Bonus having the pool and gym downstairs. ||We watched some great movies as well. ||Staff are very good and super helpful.

Friendly helpful staff amazing rooms super clean . Room service was great and plenty of places to get food close by. The mud spa was awesome. Love this place can't wait to go back .

Good value for a suite for a family weekend get away.||Bed was very comfy, toilet seems clean and maintained well.||Big balcony and lounge/dining areas giving each one of us to do our own thing. ||The cafe nearby also has delicious meals. ||We would like to visit again if the prices stay similar.

Had an amazing experience at Hotel Realm! We were only in town for one night but wished we could have stayed longer just to extend our stay here. Our room was clean and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with plates, pots + pans, utensils, coffee, a washer, microwave, fridge & freezer. Our bathroom was incredible! It had a jacuzzi tub & walk in shower. The bathrobes were incredibly soft & to die for. Definitely a great place to get some rest & relaxation! We will be back the next time we are visiting!

I have never given a bad review on Yelp before but this must say the service at Hotel Realm was surprisingly bad. I handed in five shirts prior at 8:30 am on Friday for laundering. They were promised back by 5:30, starched and folded. When I checked at 6:00pm I was told they would be returned soon. When I got back from dinner at 9:00pm I was told they would be returned much later that night so I ask that they be held at the front desk so I could pick them up at 5:30 to pack them for my 6:00am departure. This morning when I went to the desk they were not ready and I was told they would be by 7am (my flight time). Eventually they were returned when I checked out at 6:00am. The shirts were on hangers and had not been pressed! The front desk staff were not even apologetic! I travel about 120 days per year and have never had such poor service!

I was so impressed with Hotel Realm. Everyone that worked at the hotel was so friendly and helpful. Stayed on the Executive Floor (top floor) in the room I had a full kitchenette with Nespresso machine, huge bathroom with spa bath & rain shower, lounge area, balcony, king size bed. Let me tell you the bed was super comfortable it was hard to get out in the morning. Walked in to the room and there was a welcome platter on the table with treats from around the city of Canberra and a hand written note welcoming me. (I always love that) After being out all day to come back to your room and they have done a turn down service and left you a night cap, which was needed.. They have a great gym, lap pool & spa so with all that eating and drinking I was up there to do have these at your disposal is fantastic. The buffet breakfast in the morning was fresh and hot. The only issue was that I could not get the room to cool down apart from that was great. With my next trip I will be staying here again Thank you

Had dinner and drinks here in the restaurant. We were a large group and they catered very well for about 30 of us. Staff were friendly and very tolerant of our drunken state. Pizza was nice, everything else is deep fried. Would definitely pop in again on my next business trip. Drink prices are quite good too.

Nice hotel. Ask for a room with a view toward parliament house. The restaurants are okay, but suggest you venture out to Manuka or Kingston for more fun.
