Hotel Regal Enclave Khar (W)

Writing this little late.. I visited Mumbai in month of Dec 2023 & stayed in this Regal enclave hotel for 1 week. I really appreciate the staff for all the help they provided during the stay. Room service was very good. My room was super deluxe & it was so comfortable, clean & spacious, washroom was clean & tidy. Food taste was very good. Location is very good & have all the amenities nearby. Looking forward to visit here again with family. Very good hotel in 3 star range. The comfort it was giving like of 4 star hotels. Very helpful staff. Thanks to all Regal enclave staff.

You got an opportunity to stay in this hotel for a weekend. We chose this because we specifically wanted to stay close to Bandra. The customer service provided by this hotel was really good, few of the employees were extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately we did not choose the breakfast included option as we wanted to go out and explore. The washrooms were decent, staff made sure since we are traveling with a kid, they provided us in advance with an extra towel and dental kit. The shower had a shampoo and shower gel fitted which was convenient. The elevator and the corridor were a little narrow but not a hassle. Checkin and out process was smooth. We had trouble having autos agree to go towards bandra so eventually ended up using ola/Uber service, was very efficient and highly recommended.

Not good service... Food order very expensive with very little quantity... They said free breakfast.. When ask after reaching no free breakfast need to pay...staff lisin after asking many times...

The hotel is small. The rooms are almost old but everything is high quality, comfortable and clean. The breakfast is normal. The staffs are helpful and friendly. I think the price is a little high for this hotel.

It an average hotel , they are trying their best to keep it well maintained

I stayed here for a week and I felt that the hotel was being renovated and then left incomplete. The rooms and furniture looks new. But the switches, fan, AC, and washrooms are still old. I faced a lot of problem regarding power socket as there is no power socket near bed so you need to keep your phone away from you. Overall stay wise it is good but not worth the price. Regarding breakfast, it was below average. The taste was okayish, the choice was very limited and most of the dishes were not very preferable for breakfast.
