AMAZING HOTEL. Fabulous decoration, I loved the wallpaper in our room. Clean and comfortable. Everything I could have asked for and more. We even had the most breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower from our window. Staff friendly too. Location great with Metro nearby so we got round the city easily. Highly recommend.

Pros: very nice staff, excellent location. Manager Marie was fantastic to work with, and is someone who keeps promises. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. Location is steps from the Abesses Metro station which was nice. The area is beautiful, there’s a church at the square thats a little noisy. Cons: Small rooms, the hallways in this hotel really need new carpeting. Paris hotels are all pretty small, even the deluxe rooms can leave you with not much space. Bathrooms would benefit from some work. So it’s dated. Not so romantic. Staff here does go out of their way to clean rooms every day, so that helps. Definitely not four star accommodation but for a value with a scenic location it works.

The small, unassuming entrance is easy to miss amongst the bustle of the square outside. Unassuming would be a good description of the whole hotel to be honest.|The welcome was warm and friendly. We were immediately made to feel at home.||If you're looking for grand, open spaces you should keep looking. The hotel is slender and tall, it has a tiny lift, and the bathtub is not something you'll be able to stretch out and have a soak in.||However it had a lovely intimate feel throughout and the shower more than made up for the small tub. My experience of Parisian room sizes are generally pretty small and this is no exception. It mattered little to us as we spent almost all our stay out and about.|We did notice the bathroom was a little tired but perfectly acceptable and the room was clean throughout.|We were on the first floor so did not get to enjoy any of the reported views from on high. Instead our room overlooked the square and it was a great spot to soak up the atmosphere.||The metro station is a stones throw away and Sacre Coeur is within easy walking distance. You're spoiled for choice when it comes to cafes, restaurants and shops close by. All in all the location was absolutely perfect.||Would definitely consider here again if we come back to the area.

Stayed with friends in December. And wow, was service the rudest I have experienced! They have a kettle in the room (and no coffee or tea or cups). So what would a normal person do? Go downstairs to ask for a couple of tea bags. The guy at the reception was not happy. After coming upstairs to the room, I realised we had no mugs. When I asked him for mugs so we can have tea, he got frustrated and said and i quote “you can only have one mug for free. Otherwise it’s €2.50 for each mug”. And the guy was serious. So yeah, this is the type of service you should expect from this place. I would not recommend

Enjoyed a lovely stay here for five nights last week. What you see is what you get with Hotel Regyn. A clean, tidy, comfortable, no frills accomodation. Location was perfect, access to so many local cafes or bars, and very convenient to get around to other parts of Paris. Bathroom facilities were adequate. Room service was daily. Staff were lovely and pleasant. There’s a lift. No A/C in our room but a bit window and a strong fan. We have no issues with our stay and would stay again.

Perfect for bohemian (thrifty) romantics. Right on Places des Abbesses so good transport links and local places to eat and drink. We had room 554 on the top floor; the room was tiny and scruffy but the view was amazing over to the Eiffel Tower and completely quiet even with buzzing Montmartre down below. Breakfast frugal but fine. Staff were either friendly or fierce (do NOT go out without handing in your room key) depending on who was on duty. Highly recommended.

For the price that I paid, I do not have so many complaints about the hotel. Especially the Eiffel Tower view from my room was amazing. The housekeeping was really good (trust me I have been to many hotels). They kept your room in order. LOL. Love it.||I felt like the male receptionist at night could have been friendlier. The communication in the email before my check-in was a bit difficult and not responsive. These are the only things I would advise the hotel to improve.

Lovely view of the Eiffel Tower. Very good for the price, location was excellent, staff were lovely. Only reason a 5* was not given because there was not tea and coffee in the room, also cleanliness could be slightly improved but nothing too serious. I would definitely stay here again.

Yelp
I love this hotel. The location is perfect. You can walk out of the front door and walk to at least twenty cafes. There's a great bakery next door for coffee and pastries for breakfast. It's a basic, clean, safe and friendly hotel. Not fancy and the price is great. The staff is incredible. Miss Nathalie at reception is an amazing wealth of information and directions. The metro is on the corner, and Uber picks up in front of the hotel. You can walk to the Sacré Coeur, or the the Moulin Rouge.

Yelp
Nice hotel in a good area. From our room we saw the Eiffel Tower. The rooms are clean and enough for a weekend. The staircase is really narrow. They have an elevator, but this one is narrow too. ;) The breakfast is typical french and really delicious. You can choose between sweet and lusty things. The staff from the Hotel was nice and very friendly. They helped us really fast with our room key which does not work. If we are the next time in Paris we will come back to this hotel.

Yelp
Nice hotel at Place des Abesses. Good view to La Tour Eiffel from the fourth floor. 'Thin walls' you can hear your neighbors :-S Not good at English. But good service. Breakfast served. Didn't try it though. Church bells to wake you up on Sundays from the cathedral across the square. But didn't really bother us.
