This is one of our favourite hotels to stay in when we travel down through Spain. It is immaculately clean and the rooms are beautifully finished . They have everything you need- plenty of plug sockets, tea and coffee making facilities, TV and hair dryer etc . Some rooms have balconies and some have terraces with sun beds and table and chairs. Fabulous views over the city. |The staff are really welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Great breakfast!

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the city centre. It’s nicely and modernly furnished, and everything was extremely clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was another highlight – very rich, with a wide variety of options to choose from. However, what completely ruined our stay was the parking situation. When booking, we clearly selected an option with parking included. But upon arrival, the receptionist simply told us “too bad” and said we had to drive 10 minutes away to a paid public parking garage. His attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, and his arrogance left a really bad impression. It’s a shame, because the hotel itself is very nice – but due to this experience at reception, we wouldn’t return.

Nice room but no hot water in the morning. We came late to breakfast on Sunday so empty for eggs. Good location close to old town. Good service in reception.

Good hotel with an excellent location near the old town and the train station. It's quite modern, have comfortable spacious rooms with large beds. However there is a lack of light in the room, especially when your windows look at the wall. Breakfast is rather poor and not worth of paying for it.

Wow, including breakfast we will be paying a total of 335 Euros, out of season, for a room with a view of a brick wall, a kettle and cups, but no tea or coffee, a restaurant that is closed for vacation and a receptionist who doesn’t really seem to know much about the Hotel at all, I booked this hotel because it was a 4 star hotel and am very very disappointed, I would change hotels but as I booked on booking . Com I was Informed I have to pay for the three nights so here we are

Great shower, beds ok, but really hot in the room. No wifi connection in room 209. Breakfast is great. Parking is free at the train station which is 5 minutes walk. They have paid parking under the hotel too but not always availability. Update after hotel reply: because of the reply a little lower score. - There were no unusual high temperatures of the past few days... - "We kindly ask you to report any issues you encounter in the room to reception, as we may not be able to assist you afterwards." You insinuate that we didn't go to the reception but we did... - The WIFI just didn't work. We tried multiple devices. Again, don't insinuate it's our own fault by saying we need to check our electronic devices for proper configuration. I would say, check your own devices. This is no service mentality. It was lack of connectivity because of 'the walls' or 'too far from WIFI router' or so...

This Hotel is in the centre of Teruel, which makes it perfect for exploring the beautiful ancient City. The room rates are reasonable, and the facilities fantastic. There are two restaurants affiliated with the Hotel, one being a Tapas, more cost effective option, the other a restaurant serving higher priced food in a plush environment. So there's something to suit all budgets.
