The hotel is very charming! The rooms are clean and spacious, with high ceilings, the staff is so polite, welcoming and friendly, and I strongly recommend booking a massage with Lidia! I've been to so many places because I have a lot of back issues, but this was by far the best massage I ever had! 10/10 Eternally grateful!

A touch of history in St Moritz Did- this hotel is like stepping back in time, the front desk staff were lovely, so informative and eager to assist. The rooms are comfortable and have been refurbished (although the shower was super small) the soaring ceilings, wide hallways and the nostalgic foyer makes you feel like your back in the early 1900’s and the the aristocracy of the day. Breakfast was delicious and included in our stay. Vic’s bar with live music on our last night was a lovely surprise. A little out of town but easily accessible by bus. Would recommend.

We stayed in Hotel Reine Victoria from a day in August when we visited St Moritz. I would say that the hotel is very beautiful. Our check in was very fast. We are family of 5 and everyone had a comfortable spaces and beds. We met Said at the front desk and he was very helpful in making an impromptu reservation for us in one of the hotel's restaurant, considering Aug is a very busy month tourist wise. The hotel had a free pick up and drop off from the St Moritz station which really saved our time and effort.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s an old historic building, but beautifully renovated, stylish, and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and varied 👍🏻. A special thank you to the staff for their attentiveness — they surprised me with a birthday greeting, which was truly heart-warming. Also, the free shuttle from the train station was very convenient.

Nice and near the kempinsky. Has a nice breakfast and very good rooms. Needs better showers though. They are much too small. Otherwise we loved it

We stayed in this hotel for a couple of days in the last week of June. It is a hotel showing the grandeur of its age having being built in 1875. It has a large reception, lobby, staircase and even an auditorium.|We stayed in a spacious, refurbished room which was clean with a well equipped bathroom. Breakfast had a good layout and there was no shortage of vegetarian food. |For dinner we had to go to the Laudinella hotel, which is part of the same group, and is only a 5 minute walk. This hotel has several restaurants including a Pizzeria which serves delicious meals.|Reception staff in Hotel Reine Victoria are friendly. On ringing a few days prior to checking in, I spoke with Mithra who informed me of a free shuttle service between the hotel and the train station which was convenient. I would specially like to name Jaya & Laudinella who were polite & very helpful. Jaya kindly advised me of places to see nearby and also made shuttle and restaurant reservations for which we are thankful.|The negative point about this hotel is that the reception is not manually staffed after 11 PM.

Loved the hotel and the decor! So so unique and beautiful! Just wish I could have stayed longer! No air conditioning, but no issue - it was so cool inside I thought it had air conditioning. Loved!

I am very delighted and satisfied from the whole service, extremely polite staff and their immediate reaction concerning a necklace, which I have forgotten there. The breakfast, location, free shuttle and mostly the automatic piano in the lobby were nuances which made our stay even more wonderful. I am really grateful and recommend the experience in Reine Victoria!

Yelp
First impression bad. Worst room on our round trip through Engadin. Claims to be a 4star hotel. But: No charm. View from the window terrible. Furniture shabby. Room extremely hard to find in the building. Wifi supposed to be free, but no password received. Only breakfast in house, for dinner you are connected to 2 restaurants of the same group. So far 2 stars.

Yelp
If you want cheap here it is. Outdated, smelly and lack of service. No iron, no fan and no help. Be careful in the bathroom because the shitter is on a step. Rooms are outdated and need paint. Furniture looks like they were bought at goodwill. Good luck

Yelp
The staff is mostly clueless. The wifi signal does not work anywhere in the hotel. They keep giving you new passcodes which are "good for 7 days." Unfortunately, you can't get the Internet to work for more than 2 minutes at a time. The hotel bar is poorly decorated. It's missing proper lighting, ambiance, and decorations. The restaurant is mediocre for dinner. It's certainly not the 4 star experience you would expect from St Moritz. The hotel just needs a facelift and new management. It could be a great hotel and its conveniently located across the street from the gondola.
