A gorgeous hotel in the heart of St. Moritz. Spacious rooms over looking the mountains. They just opened a brand new covered Italian restaurant at the back of the hotel. It’s shaped like a tube with clear glass windows on the roof and on the side. The food, the ambiance, the service, the cocktails was just prefect. I would highly recommend the veggie lasagna. Loved everything about this hotel except there were far too many tour groups staying at the hotel so it got a little chaotic at breakfast time in the restaurant and they did not have enough staff to keep up with the demand. I noticed one waitress was asking other guests if they wanted omelet or they were fine with the buffet. Unfortunately she did not came to our table. I called her a couple of times but her attention was on other guests.

A luxurious place I can surely recommend 100%. The greatest view from the room on the third floor, a spacious room with newly renovated bathroom and antechamber for your clothes and a fridge. And the food was excellent, too. As was the swimming pool next door.

An Excellent mid-range hotel. The hotel provides a shuttle from the train station, but ensure they have your arrival details and confirm the shuttle.|As you disembark the train, do not follow groups as the hotel shuttle is at the front of the train station.|Rooms are nice with excellent breakfast spread.

We absolutely loved the Hotel Reine Victoria. It is a gorgeous older building with high ceilings, wide hallways and spacious public spaces. The recent renovations are lovely. It felt grand and very St Moritz. The location to the gondola is great and there are more restaurants nearby. The staff were wonderful and the facilities good. It was a highlight of our European trip and we would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend it.

I want to express my gratitude to Irina for her exceptional assistance, making our stay incredibly smooth. The hotel is delightful, clean, and my upgraded room was a highlight. The breakfast offered an impressive variety. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to friends. However, my massage experience was subpar. While she is a sweet lady, the session did not meet the hotel's standard. It felt amateurish and lacked the expected deep tissue massage it’s even hard to call relaxation massage. Perhaps it was just an unfortunate experience this time with the massage at St. Moritz! 😁

Good hotel, but the last day was the worst experience we've had. Despite being a pet-friendly hotel, they don't allow dogs at breakfast (even though one was sitting quietly in a bag), and the staff harassed us to leave, even though they had been friendly to the dog all the days before. They should put up signs if there are areas of the hotel where they dot want companion dogs to be allowed. Additionally, when checking out, they overcharged us by 260 CHF. I had to ask for an itemized bill, and they didn't take any responsibility for the attempted overcharge.

Gorgeous old fashioned hotel in St Moritz. Easy short ride from the Bahnhof and amazing rooms Maximal views out of each room/window to enjoy the sunshine that is the st Moritz trademark Spa’s across the street but easily accessed. Staff extremely patient, helpful and able to give amazing recommendations

Has great Art Noveau atmosphere and the location is great to enjoy winter sports with Signalbahn a quick walk of just a few minutes away. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of tasty foods and the dinner we had at the restaurant was super tasty. Had a great stay overall and would definitely come here again.
