The renovated room was nice. Historic hotel with nice architectural details. I have to agree the orange yellow psychedelic lobby carpeting was a strange choice and would be best replaced. Nice breakfast. Free shuttle to and from the station. 20 min walk to town.

Good hotel though this a little old. Inside the room is still reasonably clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast and dinner are not bad. My room face the Alps and it has nice views. It is snowing even in May in the early morning so this adds to the beauty of the place.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel in Switzerland. The property has a beautiful Victorian-style aesthetic that adds a touch of elegance and character to the experience. Everything was impeccably clean, and we especially appreciated the comfort of the bed and high-quality bedsheets — it made for a perfect night’s sleep. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a better room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A lovely place that we would definitely recommend and hope to return to!

From Texas to St. Moritz and stayed at the wonderful Hotel Reine Victoria. This is an elegant hotel with a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The staff is professional and friendly and ensures you have what you want and need. The rooms are spacious and modern. The restaurant is fantastic, and the meals were a treat for all your taste buds. The bar was outstanding and a great place to meet with friends or groups. The cocktails were some of the best I've had a must try to know you've had some of the best.

the hotel is beautiful, housed in a fairytale palace and has a great location - the ski lift is just a few steps away. Rooms are cleaned daily and replaced with elegant white towels. We stayed a week and had our sheets changed twice. Next time, however, we will ask for a room on the first floor because we ordered through booking and asked for something of a slightly higher standard and we got a nice and functionally furnished apartment (hallway and two rooms with a large bathroom) but in the attic with small windows and to live in such a beautiful palace in the attic is a little weak. Plus, the sofa in the room was so damaged that you couldn't sit on it without destroying your clothes. If it's a souvenir or antique sofa (it didn't look like it) it should have an information plate because it makes guests embarrassed. the hotel's restaurant is stylish, beautiful and serves delicious dishes and great wines. Friendly and professional service. the hotel lobby is amazing and everyone is taking pictures there and the bar is just a must-visit. It's a place like from a fairy tale where from the entrance you can feel like a prince and princess. We will definitely come back

Very nice hotel close to cable car. 7-8 minutes walking time. Lobby and bar is one of a kind and must see. Breakfast is rich and delicious. Rooms need some improvement but quiet and comfortable. Staff at the check in are very helpful. I strongly recommend.

We were definitely in the off season. Even so we could imagine guests strolling under the chandeliers after a day on the slopes. Friendly and very helpful staff. Great location near restaurants. The rainy day did not dampen the enjoyment of our stay.

My stay at Hotel Reine Victoria was truly enjoyable, and I highly recommend it. The sports massage was absolutely amazing—one of the best I’ve ever had. The women providing the massage were incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel completely at ease. The atmosphere in the spa was warm, professional, and relaxing. I personally tried the sports massage and can confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a rejuvenating experience. As for the dining experience, I ordered the rind, which was delicious, though on the expensive side. While the prices are a bit high, the quality of the food made it a worthwhile indulgence. Highly recommended.

Yelp
First impression bad. Worst room on our round trip through Engadin. Claims to be a 4star hotel. But: No charm. View from the window terrible. Furniture shabby. Room extremely hard to find in the building. Wifi supposed to be free, but no password received. Only breakfast in house, for dinner you are connected to 2 restaurants of the same group. So far 2 stars.

Yelp
If you want cheap here it is. Outdated, smelly and lack of service. No iron, no fan and no help. Be careful in the bathroom because the shitter is on a step. Rooms are outdated and need paint. Furniture looks like they were bought at goodwill. Good luck

Yelp
The staff is mostly clueless. The wifi signal does not work anywhere in the hotel. They keep giving you new passcodes which are "good for 7 days." Unfortunately, you can't get the Internet to work for more than 2 minutes at a time. The hotel bar is poorly decorated. It's missing proper lighting, ambiance, and decorations. The restaurant is mediocre for dinner. It's certainly not the 4 star experience you would expect from St Moritz. The hotel just needs a facelift and new management. It could be a great hotel and its conveniently located across the street from the gondola.
