Everyone is out of their mind and I am convinced these reviews are a conspiracy against them. This place is amazing!! The room wasn’t that special but the lobby area was awesome and the breakfast buffett was top notch. They have a bar you can order food at too they call “snacks”. I ordered chicken fingers and they brought out a whole plate and was probably the best chicken fingers I have ever had. The service was also super friendly and helpful. They could teach a class on hospitality.

The room was ok, clean and warm. The room and the hotel need some renovation. Basic breakfast available, included in the price. Service ok, despite what booking says, there is no luggage storage on the departure day (only until 12, which is not enough for someone who is skiing at that time). Only one hairdryer in the whole hotel, which we could not use as someone didn't bring it back to reception after using it.

So me and my boyfriend visited this hotel for a weekend in mid march. First of all there is no "easy" way to get to the hotel without a car. There is about 300steps to go up and it's almost 1km from the village. The receptionist was ok but was not that willing to help us with for example calling a taxi. The views from the hotel was amazing, really breathtaking but the room was really really basic. Bathroom was perfect though! Breakfast very basic, bread & yougurth. If you just want somewhere to sleep then it's good but if you want to spend just a little more time in the room i would not recommend it.

I have stayed at many hotels in Sierra Nevada and do tend to get there around 4 or 5 times a season, so was excited to visit a new hotel.||A bit disappointed really...||I knew it was going to be a long way from the centre (although in reality its not) but it is difficult to get there with skiing kit and overnight bags. You can walk the road route (40 mins) or take the unlit steps...not recommended unless you are an Olympic athlete||The room itself was great, very good in fact, but i was a bit disappointed with the overall feel of the hotel. I don't think its had a refresh since it was built and its starting to look dated. The guy on reception was very very helpful..but that doesn't make up for a tired looking hotel..||The continental breakfast was kind of expected but its not presented in the best way...on the second morning we opted to go out for breakfast instead||The views over the village are magnificent, but you get the same views at a lot of other hotels...probably won't try here again..

The hotel is far away from shops and restaurants. You have to walk up and down a long and dangerous staircase. Towels were shabby, food really basic and fast-food type.If you are ready to eat crappy food and hire a taxi every time you want to leave the facilities, then it’s fine

Staff were exceptionally, helpful, friendly and understanding.||Bedroom and bathroom were clean.||Evening buffet menu was varied, tasty and excellent value. Breakfast the same!||Hotel was uphill from ski area but accessed via bus or taxi.||Mountain-view from room was stunning!||Would highly recommend!!!
