This is the first time I have rated a hotel perfect. Communication via e-mail had answered all questions and formatted stay to allow for all needs met. Our late arrival through customs was greeted with a professional and patient driver. Walking into the hotel brought the exquisite taste in every detail with the staff working with easy expertise. Breakfast trays provided the perfect wake-up, while my sister, cousin, and myself played French music. The location could not be better. The room was French inviting with all extremely clean. Revisiting Paris brings a joy of walking back in my life and time itself. Thank you for helping to provide a perfect snapshot in my mind’s eye to last forever. ||||||

We stayed last week, the staff was friendly and eager to help. When we arrived we were greeted by Francesca who took time to highlight some places on the map, talk about the area…not service you receive in most hotels. The room is small but efficiently put together with nice touches such as a fridge, safe, window that opens to street. We never heard anyone despite place being full. There is a church across the street. It’s right downtown, next to Louvre, we took the RER train from airport to la halles stop and walked to hotel with our luggage, about 10 mins. We had the in room breakfast twice in our week stay,, it was very good and I’d highly recommend. Croissant, danish, baguette (for 2), jams, yogurts, fruit mussilex, coffee, tea, fresh squeezed oj, ham cheeses…it’s expensive to eat out, this was tremendous value. Housekeeping did a very good job, its tight working quarters so must be challenging. We’d recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Super easy access to all the major sights - especially The Louvre, Notre Dame, and Museo Orsay were all walking distance. Even though you are in the heart of the tourist attractions, we did find some cute neighborhoods nearby with excellent non-touristy dining. You just need to walk a little bit. The staff at the hotel was very helpful in terms of information and we absolutely loved the breakfast option which gets delivered to your room every morning at a time of your choosing. Parking was easy with the Louvre parking lot entrance on the same block as the the hotel where you can leave the car overnight. Overall a great experience.

We were treated with care and made to feel very special. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a beautiful stay, we were very blessed. The hotel is perfectly located close to many important sites to see in Paris, and yet wonderfully quiet enough to get a good rest after a long day of sightseeing. Located within walking distance to Le Louvre and La Seine and many delicious restaurants and lots of shopping. What more can you ask for? Not to mention the very thoughtful and well balanced, yummy breakfast served in room(my favorite way to enjoy hotel breakfast) also the bidet was top notch, I LOVE a good bidet! This hotel is perfect for a couple of family of four (like us) with adjoining rooms and windows that open for crisp fresh air to sleep by. We highly recommend this hotel for your next Paris visit!

Excellent location for visiting the Louvre. Staff polite. Room very clean. Room very, very small and no where to put the luggage. Tiny bathroom with a very slippy bath floor making showering quite risky. Most off-putting was the enduring, odd and unpleasant smell in reception and in the lift. The small space when leaving the lift to access the two rooms outside was quite claustrophobic. Travel agent booked this for us. Would not use again.

Lovely boutique hotel that is walking distance to Paris top see landmarks, restaurants/ cafes, department store and public transport. The reception staff are friendly and the housekeeping staff are very thoughtful. The room was clean, quiet and stylish. Will definitely be back in the future !!

My wife and I arrived on Easter Sunday. From the moment we walked in until the time we left six days later, the staff continued to work to make our stay as pleasant as possible. From the magnificent breakfasts delivered each morning to our room at the time we requested to the help we got from Adeline and Sophie, the entire staff, could not have been better. Each of them had great suggestions as to how to get somewhere, where we should eat, what to go see, and each must be commended for being such good listeners and interpreters. My French is not as good as I should have liked it to be. Our room on the sixth floor overlooked the back of the Louvre and the Saint- Germain-l'Auxerrois church. By the way, the church should not be missed. It is magnificent. The bed was so comfortable, the decor was perfect. And that view! Another good indicator that the hotel and the staff were doing a superb job was the number of people we saw in the lobby who were obviously repeat visitors. We've already had two friends who either have booked or plan to book rooms at this perfect boutique hotel. If you are looking for a place to stay during your first trip to Paris or your repeat trip, please try Le Relais Du Louvre. You'll not regret it. Merci beaucoup pour une experience formidable!

We loved our time at Le Relais du Louvre. The room was impeccable and they really thought of everything. The air conditioning was key for a hot August visit and we were so thankful to have a cool room to relax in after long days exploring the city. The staff is warm and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back. Merci beaucoup!
