Everything was fine with the room and the majority of the service.
However, we were 3 people in one of the top rooms. On our final night, 2 guys who we had never met before were mysteriously messing around with the water hose in the General corridor. We noticed this, but we didn't say anything.
10 minutes later we get an angry knock on the door, from the hotel staff asking why we are messing with the hose.
That morning after, as we are due to leave, the older receptionist makes it clear how disappointed she is with our behaviour last night. When we try to explain ourselves, she laughs, and tells us that it must have been us because there was nobody else staying in the top floor. Which was also a lie because we saw a guy walking upstairs that very morning.
I was extremely disappointed with the receptionists behaviour, and this clouded my review for this place, she should not be treating paying guests like this. Disgraceful.
