Excellent location, tram stop right outside is only 6 stops to central station. Lovely walks nearby and it's beside the zoo. We were four sharing a room with four single beds, the beds were very comfortable and the room clean. Staff were polite. Stayed four nights, can't complain.

Stayed here for three nights and it was great. Comfortable and clean and we even had access to a nice outdoor terrace and garden from our room. Staff were always really welcoming and helpful and always happy to offer advice or suggestions on here to go. Would recommend.

Best hotel ever. Simple, quaint, the staff went above and beyond any time we had a question. Staff was very eager to tell us the history of the hotel and it was just amazing. I definitely plan on staying there again. Location is great and the Cafe down at the end of the block was delicious.

Everything was fine with the room and the majority of the service. However, we were 3 people in one of the top rooms. On our final night, 2 guys who we had never met before were mysteriously messing around with the water hose in the General corridor. We noticed this, but we didn't say anything. 10 minutes later we get an angry knock on the door, from the hotel staff asking why we are messing with the hose. That morning after, as we are due to leave, the older receptionist makes it clear how disappointed she is with our behaviour last night. When we try to explain ourselves, she laughs, and tells us that it must have been us because there was nobody else staying in the top floor. Which was also a lie because we saw a guy walking upstairs that very morning. I was extremely disappointed with the receptionists behaviour, and this clouded my review for this place, she should not be treating paying guests like this. Disgraceful.

I make it a point to stay here. Great location, typical Euro hotel room with plenty of light. Great staff. Away from the Insanity of the tourist swarms but an easy walk to everything. Wonderful breakfast, a steal at 10 Euros. Highly recommended.

Lovely place. Our room was Clean, spacious with huge balcony and access to the garden. Breakfast had a wide range of food including fresh pancakes. We enjoed it very much.

The hotel is rated 2 stars, but feels like 3. The location is great, quite area but close to everything you need. Also there's a Trum station right in front of the hotel. The room had everything we needed and the stuff was great! I recommend you to take one of the rooms with an exit to the garden. It was the highlight of the hotel for us :)

2 stars for a 2 stars hotel. It's a really old and cool building what I really loved but it's looks more organized and clean from the pictures than it actually is, unfortunately. The woman's for reception are nice but our room was smelling a cigarette what is not nice because we don't smoke but what most disturb me was that we was there from Friday untill Sunday and they didn't clean our room even when we let the green signal for them at our dor. Also the price changed from when you was looking for it and when we booked it ahaha Anyway, for sure we enjoyed a lot the city but the hotel was a bit disappointed, that's true. Sometimes it's worth to spend a bit more money and also get a better answer. I just hope this review can help people and also the manager there to look out for get the place a bit better for the costumer's. We went some old bikes from them no idea if the price was fear but we coild bike well haha✌🏼

Yelp
Tiny rooms. Terrible location. Overnight staff tried getting more money for a better room. Which I hear from locals is the game they play.

Yelp
Very nice staff, good breakfast, great location. People have complained about the stairs, but they're no hill for a stepper. Room was clean and sufficient, breakfast was good.
