A truly excellent experience! Immaculately clean from top to bottom. Beautiful decor and ambience. The front desk and valet staff were professional, courteous, and accommodating. Easy to request your car 24 hrs/day through a link with the option to tip via credit card. The Blue Collar Coffee Co. in the lobby was a daily mainstay. The location is ideal for exploring Boise on foot and is close to many wonderful restaurants. Hotel Renegade is the only place you should stay if you come to Boise. Highly recommend!!

3 day business trip, stay was fine. Had a few issues, shower head needed to be switched out, and I asked for a full size ironing board. The room provided a very small ironing board with 5” wobbly legs. Not sure where to use it (the floor?) Maintenance was responsive and helpful. The room I stayed in was a single king. No closet, no drawers. The wooden wardrobe that was pretty useless. A small clothes rack in the safe compartment. I could hang pants with the few hangers provided, but that’s it. Bathroom had a small vanity, fine for one man. The desk in the room was fine to work on with a laptop, but the chair was too low and the casters didn’t roll on the carpet. The hotel is beautiful, but it’s more form over function for a business traveller. Maybe I’m not the target demographic. The roof top bar is very nice, good drinks, nice views. The duck fat fries were great. Sliders were good but a bit smoke heavy. The blue collar coffee shop has great muffins and coffee. Hotel staff was friendly. I attended an event one night on the 8th floor. The food was good and the 2 bartenders were great. The Heated outdoor patio was comfortable. Overall great vibe, friendly people, but it fell short on some hotel basics in my opinion.

This hotel is truly beautiful. I absolutely love the decor, the lighting, and the whole vibe in the room and in every area of the hotel. The copper tub was magical and comfortably fit two average height/weight adults and the dimmable lights throughout the room were a nice touch. We appreciated the fireplace, the big tvs, the room service, and the friendly staff. It was such a great experience. And the romance package is a great deal as the $100 credit covers food/parking/gratuity/etc.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic and the service was truly on another level! Everything was spotless, and the aesthetics throughout the property were beautiful. I stayed in one of the suites, which was fully equipped with delicious coffee, a spacious bedroom and living room, and a gorgeous bathroom featuring a relaxing soaking tub. I highly recommend booking a room with a tub, it made the stay even more enjoyable!||The service was great at this hotel. I had the pleasure to be assisted by Izzy at the front desk. She was beyond amazing! From the moment I checked in, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. She went out of her way to get me a room that fit my needs perfectly, and every day during my stay she made it a point to check in and make sure I was comfortable or if I needed anything.||What stood out most was how thoughtful she was, she remembered the small details, like me getting married next year and my upcoming Mexico trip. That level of personal attention is rare and made such a difference.||Because of Izzy, I had one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Her exceptional service is the reason I will absolutely be returning to this hotel.||She is truly a gem and so is this hotel.

We loved our stay and our so much that we book another stay for in March. Love the room with the fireplace. We had dinner at the The Highlander Rooftop bar. Recommend the birdcage appetizer then we had the breakfast brunch which did not disappoint.

We just spent a night for our anniversary. The restaurant Baraboo was phenomenal and our waitress Jill truly made our dinner so memorable. The front desk staff were amazing! We spent the evening at the roof top bar Hightower.....drinks were delicious! Our room had so many amenities and of course the big copper tub was perfect!!!! We have already booked our next stay in December! This is a great place to stay! Definitely give it a try!

Hotel Renegade is a new hotel located in downtown Boise. Its location is extremely suitable for foot traffic wishing to explore what downtown Boise offers. The hotel has a rustic meets refined feel, with a combination of leather and metallic decor and high end amenities. The hotel also offers immediate access to a wonderful coffee shop on the first floor, a rooftop bar on the eight floor, and a restaurant. My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed the coffee and cocktails. The beds were comfy and the staff were professional, courteous, and kind. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the Boise area.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hotel Renegade! The hotel is very modern, stylishly furnished, and well equipped. The friendly and courteous staff deserves special mention—everyone was incredibly nice and attentive. Our requests were always accommodated. A particular highlight was chatting with a German expat at the reception desk—she was super friendly and was very happy to be able to chat in her native language again. She also gave us some great tips for excursions in the surrounding area. We would recommend the hotel anytime and would love to come back! When we're in the region!

I booked a room here as part of a little staycation for my fiancée's birthday. It was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I have ever had. We had the best time. From staff being so nice to the room being beautiful and clean. Valet was amazing and always opening doors for us when we came in and out. Every person at the front desk was kind and respectful and able to answer any questions we had. The roof top bar was awesome, it being December I was worried it was going to be too cold to really experience it but between indoor seating and heated outdoor seating it was perfect. Another big shout out to the staff for helping my fiancée find her ID after she lost it!!! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone from in or out of town. The vibe/ atmosphere and aesthetic are so unique and we loved every second of it. Thank you hotel renegade for an amazing experience!

Top 3 hotels we've stayed in. The unique rooms mirrored with the old school charm and moody vibes give this new hotel 5 from my husband and I. It's only been open 1 year but it's been built to look like it's been there for decades. The room has a unique shower that I've never seen before. Bed is super comfy and they also have a dog relief area outside for your fur baby. The Renegade also has an amazing roof top bar that we visited twice! One thing we really appreciated while staying there is there ice for your room comes pre bagged, no disgusting germy ice makers. We also loved that there is a water filling station in the hall. It comes with cold, sparkling and hot water. The staff is super awesome and they loved our new puppy. There is also a coffee shop attached to the hotel for your morning pick me up. The location is convenient as well, in the heart of downtown, close to restaurants, shops, bars, Boise State etc. we will definitely be back!!

Great, new hotel with clean spaces and rooms. Sylvia, front desk, was awesome! Very nice and accommodating. She started the visit off with a wonderful start. Hotel is newer and it shows. Very clean and well appointed room. Excellent stay all around. Best part.... Room service with dessert and they have alcohol shakes! I chose the grasshopper which was delicious! Perfect after a drink filled night :-)

My wife and I stayed here on a stay in town weekend for our anniversary this past month and all I can say is this place is 1st class all the way. Placed right in the middle of downtown Boise in a historic building. Just walking in this place screams class, trendy and cool! Checking in it was the same experience 1st class process that would challenge any 5 star hotel. Once up to the room we were met with a bottle of champagne and a variety of truffles. The room is more of a condo than a hotel room. One bummer is they were having a private event on their roof top bar and we were not able to enjoy that part, but will be back at some part to enjoy it! I cannot say enough how comfortable and relaxing the room was so much so we didn't leave we ordered room service, got coffee downstairs, ate at the restaurant downstairs and just enjoyed the whole experience. We will for sure be back and anyone needing a staycation or anyone visiting Boise this has to be at the top of your list!

They thought of everything. What I love about their bathroom/rooms: makeup remover cloth, necessities like q tips (just wish there was shower cap), plenty of hooks for your towels, magnifying mirror, plush robes, excellent hand soap and body wash/shampoo. Lots of hooks in the room itself for jackets, etc . Umbrella, very nice Bluetooth speaker, Nespresso coffee, nice beverage fridge, lots of charging plugs. Room decor spot on. Moody and comfy. Water system in halls to fill water. Room was very clean. My new favorite hotel by far!! Staff is very friendly.

The best and coolest hotel I have ever stayed at in my life! It was newly built in the Spring, and you can tell they have gone to great lengths to make this an amazing and unique experience. The hotel is all leather and wood, and has a distinct smell. The rooms are incredible- having the open window shower is interesting for sure...but I did notice in rooms with 2 beds, the shower was walled in so there are options. They come with a Marshall Bluetooth speaker which was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable, and I didn't hear too much road noise. The hotel is right downtown so it's walking distance to all sorts of amazing restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and made an effort to have our stay be an excellent experience, and they succeeded. If I ever find myself back in Boise, I know where I'm staying!

My daughter booked her wedding night here last October! On a budget of course they reserved the best room they could afford. Upon arrival they discovered the hotel upgraded them to the "Pend d'Orielle" Penthouse! I can't tell you what this meant to these kids! The room was amazing with their signature copper tube and all the amities expected of a top quality property in their finest room. I hope this review helps more than a thank you letter!

Hotel Renegade is amazing to say the least. The building is beautiful, as is the room we stayed in. Everything is brand new, and all staff was extremely friendly. The doormen were above and beyond, and the front desk always had a smile on their face. We even got a surprise upgrade - something that has never happened to me before. We were really blown away by everything here. The value is great, as is the location. All amenities are top notch. The rooftop bar is wonderful, and they have a great cocktail list. They also have a bar and coffee shop next to the lobby. We didn't try the restaurant but I'm sure it's great too. I can't recommend staying here enough.

Have been going to this place since they opened. Around 8 times, view from rooftop bar is absolutely amazing. However, throughout all my visits drinks have been consistently bad. Go for the view but do not spend your money. Good cocktails suite 104, Percy.

Interesting layout. See through shower and bathroom so anyone in the room can watch. The touch of a button "blackout" shades surrounding the shower and bathroom were useless. If I were traveling with my boys this would have a disaster. The website needs to note this. Mattress was rock hard as were the pillows.

I did not stay at the hotel, but I went upstairs to their bar area and the view was gorgeous. Unfortunately, my phone died so I wasn't able to take any photos, but the ladies at the front desk were so nice that they looked for a charger that would work with my iPhone. Very sweet and accommodating.

Hotel Renegade is hands down the best hotel I've stayed at in all of my world travels. I knew from the minute I booked my reservation over the phone with Hannah that this hotel was going to be a great place. The check-in experience was smooth and efficient. My room was gorgeous, cozy, and clean, and the hallways were quiet in the evening. Every interaction I had with the staff was pleasant... When can I move in? :-)

Very nice hotel, comfortable beds (could use some feather pillows) great rooftop bar. Only complaint is parking and arrival are a bit tricky unless you valet.

Trendy hotel situated downtown Boise, walking distance from the state Capitol building, Rediscovered Books, The Chocolate Bar, Stella's Ice Cream. Housekeeping staff is superb and will leave extra supplies when left a note. The king rooms have nice extras, including an umbrella, bathroom scale, robes, extra blanket, ironing board with iron. Tea kettles can be requested for the room, which is a plus for tea drinkers. There are a few negatives: small " closet" which is half of the cupboard with ironing board and no drawers for one's clothes in the bedroom. The one drawer contains a large safe suitable for a laptop. There are baskets in the nightstand, but no drawers. Best to pack one's items in packing cubes and dropping in the baskets. Definitely not ideal. There is no place to store any medications, which should never be stored in a humid bathroom. Breakfast options in the coffee shop are minimal, so plan ahead.

I didn't know how to turn the lights out or turn the shower on or off. I had to call for a WiFi name and also it was so noisy two nights that one night I couldn't fall asleep without earplugs and another night I was woken up at 1 by drunken and loud neighbors. Also although I had an Ada room there was no place to put my bags out of the way and no full length closet to have my dresses. So I hung them in the hallway. This place was definitely form over function. I never stayed in a worse hotel

The hotel itself is lovely and the rooms decorated exceptionally. The problem comes with 2 issues we had. 1- we live Dogs but they need to have designated rooms. Both nights (and days) we had nonstop barking from the room next to us. We let them know in the am after first night and said it would be addressed. Upon our return, still barking dogs. At 9:39 pm at night we called again.... After dogs were nonstop barking. We have dogs, and we love them, designate rooms specific to this and not on the 6th floor! Also, parking is 0 and a mandatory $35 valet fee is absurd. Would not stay here again for those reasons. Cute, trendy but needs to have some regulations and modifications in place.

This hotel is a dream! From the moment you walk in the front desk staff is so kind, knowledge with a smile! The hotel lobby bar is so beautiful! The bar service staff is very on top of it and professional. They know their stuff on liquor. Went above and beyond to get drinks and food ordered for my group! We went to dinner in the restaurant, with a reservation, I can't even you how wonderful the service was! The steak was amazing, I highly recommend the scallop potatoes! The Gin and Toxic is my favorite they use a special toxic that is aged in bourbon barrels. We then headed up stairs to the hotel rooftop bar, the are an amazing view of the city. It is brand new and every one of Boise wants to check out this place. Again, staff is working so hard to make this work and you can see the efforts are being put into place! Way to go to everyone working hard to make it happen. 5

I've stayed at hotels all over the world and typically select 3 star and up depending on where I am. This hotel is beautifully designed - standard rooms are uniquely western motif and first rate in comfort. Rooftop bar was incredible with views of downtown and the foothills. Staff was attentive, friendly and fun - highly recommend!

we had dinner at the beautiful restaurant/ bar! i ordered rack of lamb and Rib eye steak, they had the most luscious creme Brulee, i have ever had in the 25 years in he Treasure Valleyimpeccable service and good food, posh ambiance‼

Location, service and vibe were off the chart. Highly recommend. Highlander roof top was highlight as well. Chris was great bartender.

Hotel is awesome. Great place to stay. No parking and the toilet area is not private. Toilet area was the only negative.

Hotel Renegade was an experience of above-and-beyond hospitality. Even before entering, I was greeted by doormen and valet who opened the door. Upon entering, I was welcomed by bright smiles and warm acknowledgements by the staff at the front desk who were upbeat, patient, informative, and all together helpful. I had the privilege of using Hotel Renegade's meeting space for a week-long meeting. The head of meeting operations and supporting crew were at the room to greet me for the first morning, and we exchanged contact information. The level of care, communication, professionalism, and fast and responsive assistance we received was remarkable. We started in one entirely aesthetically pleasing and nicely set-up conference room. There was some minor work being done nearby and an individual from our meeting complained to staff about the noise, and in the blink of an eye, the staff had us set up and moved to another room sans any extra charges. This crew was so fast and responsive in troubleshooting even the most minor of things (of which there were few). And they all had the best attitudes and most helpful demeanors. We had an off-site day and asked if Hotel Renegade could help with procuring beverages and snacks. Their team was seamless with communication and had a proposal drawn up in no time. Then they went out of their way to deliver the snacks and goods, even though we were at another venue. Start to finish, the experience I had with the Hotel Renegade staff was superb! And the hotel is spectacular! The layout and design are so aesthetically pleasing. The exposed wood beams, wood framing, plush seating, massive windows, light wall color palette, and combination of wood and tile flooring made for a vibrant, rich, welcoming environment. The Sawtooth room and the ballroom are elegant meeting spaces, and the patio next to the ballroom is striking with great seating and views across Boise. The artwork found throughout the hotel is also a great accompaniment to a great space. Thank you!

This has definitely been one of the most amazing hotels I have ever stayed in. Above all else, the hospitality has been unmated. Baily was more than helpful, amazing customers service. We'll definitely be back!
