Nice stay at a reasonable price. Beautiful location. Spacious and clean appartment with nice view of the lake. Only thing I would like to point out is the Kitchenette. It does not have even basic things like knife or spatula. Picture was showing that there will be a microwave but we didn't find anything. Also the breakfast should have more options. Otherwise highly recommended place.

Great views, very spacious rooms, very polite and helpful staff. One of our best hotels in our whole Europe trip. Special thanks to Helen for helping us with all our requests. It gives much greater value than what it costs. Highly recommended.

Wonderful hotel, especially for the price. Rate was inclusive of breakfast which could be taken from the spectacular terrace. Traffic on the street can be noisy and there is little insulation, I would recommend requesting a room on the lake side. That being said, it is extremely well connected to he main bus line. Staff was very helpful with tips as well!

Not as good as before. New owners have let the property go downhill. Still good location with nice view over the lake. Clean but lacking in maintenance. Shower overflowed into bed room. Resteraunt only opens 4 nights per week. Breakfast included but not very good. Charge an extra 20 Francs for parking. Will not go back.

We booked a lake view room with a balcony but was “upgraded” to a “bigger” city view room because it was the last room available. The room is very old. The street noise was so loud we felt like we were sleeping on the streets. The noises, particularly the motorcycles, of which there are many, kept my 5 year old and I up past 2am. We were exhausted after a long day and had to catch a 7am train. The only good thing I would say is the staff were very friendly like all the other hotels we have stayed at in Switzerland. Overall, it was the worst experience.

Amazing place. Nice view, good breakfast with a lot of stuff, nice people working there, good internet , nice apartments ! Good connection with the bus (there is a stop right in front of the hotel). But also by feet is amazing . I go there every year. Really recommended.

We have been welcoming, the room was great with a nice vieuw and big terrace. The comodity in room has been appreciated, nd there is a place. And the breakfast was really good, the choice was varied.

Amazing hotel. It is well located, I had a really nice view to the lake. it is clean. Personal is very positive. No weakness.
