Hôtel Résidence Le Quinze

Just returned from a 3 night stay at this lovely hotel. We had room 31 overlooking the Grand Place, amazing views especially at this time of year. ||Breakfast was in a lovely little place on the opposite side of the square, continental style with the addition of a fresh omelette. ||Nothing negative to say about the hotel. The staff were very helpful and the price was very competitive. Would definitely come back.

Amazing location right on the Gran Place, although I believe not all rooms overlook it. The room was comfortable and had free coffee and tea. Breakfast was in a cafe across the Place, and was very tasty. Bit of a walk (~30 mins) from the main Brussels train station but there are trams.

Love this place. Off the wall and not well known its great. Location and convenience. Its run be Said. I don't think there is anything he can't or won't do to assist patrons. He's extremely knowledgeable and helpful. There seems to be no question to difficult for him. Great place.

Said and Laurier are amazing hosts in this tiny guest house in one of Europe’s most picturesque squares. The 1800s building exterior shines, and the walk across to La Bouette for cozy breakfast by the fire was perfect for our rainy stay. The place has an elevator but isn’t accessible given the half flight up from the Grand Place. Pay at hotel cash rate was an absolute bargain for great hospitality, a simple clean room and hot water, and a strong included breakfast. Plus, no struggle with early check-in (room was available) and flexible check out and flexible payment in usd, euro or card!

This hotel is very well located, right at the Grand Place. Said is very helpful and nice. The room is basic, clean and with comfortable bed, bathroom. No amenities, room safe and Aircon, to note. Very nice stay overall.

Choosing to stay here was a great decision. The service is top notch. The location is incredible. Now if you’re used to staying at a brand new hotel you’re going to get a different experience. This is a hotel in an OLD building which is really cool. We were super lucky to get a room overlooking the square. If you want to be a generic, boring, plain vanilla tourist go stay somewhere else. If you want to have an authentic experience, this is the place you want. It’s also worth mentioning the breakfast voucher you get is to an amazing place.

Unless the hustle-bustle of the Grand Plaza is a negative for you I cannot think of any place in central Brussels I would recommend more. Excellent accommodation with incredible personal service in a near perfect location. Photo is view from the facility.

Incredible! We stayed one night in January 2024 and it was perfect for our short stop in Brussels. The view from the room was exceptional, an absolutely perfect location. We keep the curtains open all night just so we could see the view anytime we woke up. Beds were extremely comfortable and room was quite spacious with tall ceilings and a nice bathroom. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! We also didn’t know breakfast was included with our stay which is a lovely benefit. The hotel owner was extremely kind and accommodating, we so appreciated him allowing us to check in a bit early. One of the most beautiful hotel views I have ever enjoyed.
