Hôtel Résidence Le Quinze

We've now stayed at this hotel 3 times. It has a breathtaking view of the square that you can see day and night. The proprieter is very nice and he remembered us from last visit. The elevator is very small. The room is a good size, good bed. The lighting is low in room and bathroom, very hard for me to put on makeup or for my husband to shave in bathroom. We went 8 yrs ago and 3 yrs ago, we stayed in either the 2nd or 3rd floor. Great views! This year we stayed in the 1st floor. Not as great, but still okay view. My daughter and her boyfriend got the 4th floor which is at the very top, they had a round window. They had to climb up this scary ladder to see outside, not as nice. And if they wanted to open or close the window for outside air, they had to keep going up and down. I'm glad we didn't get that room but also sad they got that one for their first time going there. Our floor on the 1st floor would get warm in different spots which was nice when I'd get up in middle of night barefoot to use the restroom. I don't remember that in the other rooms before. You get a breakfast coupon and go to cafe right across which serves you eggs, cheese & ham, and yummy breads. The staff are very nice. Try their hot chocolate, it's the best! Just very hot, almost burned my tongue. ||Last time and this time, we were there in late September when they had an outdoor concert in the square for a yearly celebration. This is disappointing because the Square doesn't look pretty for pictures. It's loud the day before when they are practicing and then concert is loud and crowded and ends at 11. The next day, it takes most of the day for them to take all the stages apart, noisy and lots of big trucks. Concert was Sept 26th in case you can check.||We like going to Brussels, if we get to go again, we'll stay here again.

Great location and amazing views of the Courtyard, and friendly helpful staff who go above and beyond. Breakfast is decent but not at the hotel so you have to walk across courtyard to a different establishment for it. No AC in room during heatwave but staff provided 2 fans. Toilet clogged at night and no staff to fix until next day in the morning. Staff very apologetic. Bolt lock on door broken. No safe. Drawers had last guests trash.

Location is UNIQUE, right on Grand Place! 🤩 Said is Number One! He gave us a room with front view: overlooking the marvellous square with its breathtaking buildings. This is the only hotel on Grand Place, which is the most beautiful square in Brussels. We highly recommend you to stay in this hotel and take a front room: you will enjoy a unique experience ! ⬆️❤️⬆️ Our room was spotless and very big as well as the bathroom. Breakfast was nice and rich served at La Brouette, a magnificent historical property, which is just opposite on the other side of the square You can park your car in Grand Place Interparking and walk 5 minutes. It's a little expensive, but worth. Thank you Said for all your precious suggestions 🙏❤️ We will not hesitate to recommend your property to our friends

Excellent location in old building with the best view from room 32. Room facilities not great - no A/C, no fridge, nothing to stir with. No shampoo. The breakfast voucher however was great!

The hotel does not “need a bit of a freshening up” as a former review suggested in 2023. The hotel needs A LOT OF FRESHENING UP: the walls are dirty, the sink is cracked, the tv and the furniture are too old and deteriorated to be in use. What saved our stay was that everything was very clean, the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, the good breakfast and, the excellent location.

We arrived at this delightful place due to a screw up by another nearby hotel and couldn't have been happier. As many have noted, the location is truly unbeatable, our room 12 has an incredible view, the room was wonderful - big, everything works, it is quiet. Excellent breakfast across the Grand Place in a charming place with very friendly proprietors. Price is extremely reasonable. But, above all this was Laurie, who managed the reception and almost everything else, it seemed. What a wonderful, kind and competent person who made our stay at Residence Le Quinze one of the most enjoyable experiences we have had. Thank you!

Just returned from a 3 night stay at this lovely hotel. We had room 31 overlooking the Grand Place, amazing views especially at this time of year. ||Breakfast was in a lovely little place on the opposite side of the square, continental style with the addition of a fresh omelette. ||Nothing negative to say about the hotel. The staff were very helpful and the price was very competitive. Would definitely come back.

Choosing to stay here was a great decision. The service is top notch. The location is incredible. Now if you’re used to staying at a brand new hotel you’re going to get a different experience. This is a hotel in an OLD building which is really cool. We were super lucky to get a room overlooking the square. If you want to be a generic, boring, plain vanilla tourist go stay somewhere else. If you want to have an authentic experience, this is the place you want. It’s also worth mentioning the breakfast voucher you get is to an amazing place.
