This is Mr Ciro Valente guest of your hotel and currently I'm out of my room 201 because my key card is not working and there is no one at reception desk to help me. I contacted the call center number for urgency and they say cannot help me. The key card didn't work yesterday, this afternoon and anytime I asked to the reception to reprogram the key to open the door and get in my room.
Unfortunately after 11pm there is no one at reception, I cannot reprogram the key card and this time I cannot get in my room and I'm trying to sleep on couch of the hall after paying 200 euro per night. This is the first time that is happening in all my life and really I don't have to word to explain an big disservice like this.
I have also called the police that tell me they cannot do nothing and this is an issue of the hotel, so I will send you a official claim with my lawyer.
Many thanks for this fantastic orrible night, tomorrow I have a flight from Munich and I hope i do not miss it for this your incredible disservice.
