Classic small Tokyo-style rooms—clean and quiet, but due to the hotel’s location by the river, watch out for mosquitoes. Every day, towels and water bottles are hung on your door, and you leave your trash and used towels outside the door in the evening. The pillows are thin, so I recommend asking for extra ones. The reception is on the 2nd floor, and you can get anything you need for the room from there. There’s a mandatory room cleaning every four days. The ventilation system works well. You can do self-checkout. Here’s a tip for Tokyo: if you can, choose a room with two separate beds—they tend to be a bit bigger.
Downsides: it’s hard to move comfortably inside the room, the location is a bit of a walk from Akihabara center. It’s close to the JR station entrance but walking to the main street takes a bit longer. Also, the lighting is poor.
