Its location is great within tons of shopping and restaurants. It is accessible to four plus train and subway lines. Bed is one of the most comfortable I remember, slightly bigger than Japanese double.(moderate double room). Bathroom is a good size and clean. The receptionists are all welcoming and helpful to my enquiries. I did not use the breakfast since I find more interesting Japanese restaurants within walk distance. The downside: I am constantly frustrated with the room size and lack of shelves to put laptop. I saw visitors eating bring in foods such as cup noodles in the lobby where they have a communal wooden table and chairs.

We spent 4 days in this hotel. The rooms are very clean but very little (as in all Japan). Fortunately there was space under the bed where to store the luggage otherwise it would have been almost impossible to place them. Location is perfect, close to Akihabara station and walking distance from Kanda station. Akihabara district is less than 2 minute walking distance. The breakfast is in the italian restaurant in the same building and it is very good, tasty and generous. Totally recommended in Tokyo.

Love the hotel so much! Especially Komugi 😚😚😚 Room: industrial style, there are some spaces under the bed for your luggage and your stuffs. They also provided pajamas for your stay, so no need to bring yours. Bathub is also very spacious. Amenities: love it! They provided some kind of bathbomb in powder form so that you can always enjoy your bathub time 🥺🥹 Location: walking distance to nearest station & Akihabara. Quiet neighborhood. Facilities: Self-checkout is available. Just drop the card upon leaving. No hassle to wait for checkout. Interior is modern industrial. Love everything in this hotel so muchhh. Of course elevator is working!

My wife and I stayed here for a week during the Track and Field World Championships (September 16-23) and we really enjoyed the stay. The room was cozy with AC, a mini refrigerator, tv, a small couch, and table. We only used the room for sleeping and dropping off things. Having the electric town so close to this hotel made it convenient to go shopping and drop things off. Also having the train station near was a huge help as it made travel from and to the hotel smooth. Staff was helpful and assisted with any questions we had. Overall enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

Excellent location, just a short walk from several underground and train stations. We received a warm welcome from the night staff, which made for a great start. The room was small but very cozy, with a large window offering a beautiful city view. While housekeeping isn’t done daily, fresh towels and rubbish collection are provided every day. We also added breakfast for an extra ¥2000 per person, and it was absolutely worth it! Highly recommend this place if you’re planning a trip to Tokyo!

Relatively average hotel in terms of all the 3 criterias based on pricing. Minimal interactions with staff the whole trip. New towels are left on your door, while you need to put the old towels out. Rooms were relatively small for 2 people and location was about 6 minutes walk from station which is its strong point. I guess it would suit a very introverted solo traveller, but not my preference. I would try other places before staying here again.

Classic small Tokyo-style rooms—clean and quiet, but due to the hotel’s location by the river, watch out for mosquitoes. Every day, towels and water bottles are hung on your door, and you leave your trash and used towels outside the door in the evening. The pillows are thin, so I recommend asking for extra ones. The reception is on the 2nd floor, and you can get anything you need for the room from there. There’s a mandatory room cleaning every four days. The ventilation system works well. You can do self-checkout. Here’s a tip for Tokyo: if you can, choose a room with two separate beds—they tend to be a bit bigger. Downsides: it’s hard to move comfortably inside the room, the location is a bit of a walk from Akihabara center. It’s close to the JR station entrance but walking to the main street takes a bit longer. Also, the lighting is poor.

Great location close to two stations (Akihabara and Kanda). The room was clean and very quiet, despite the proximity of the railway line, we couldn't hear any trains passing by. Very good breakfasts.
