Hotel Resol Trinity Kanazawa

A really nice, good value hotel on the main street in Kanazawa, well-located for all the attractions. Although the main street is busy with cars and tourists, it is quiet inside and you are only steps away from tranquil backstreets. Easy to reach from the station, 15 minute walk, and you can drag your cases no problem. We found the staff very kind, helpful and thoughtful. The rooms were reasonably small but very comfortable and we enjoyed the pyjamas. We were able to get a three-bed room which was great. The bathrooms are small but very well appointed. All bits and bobs such as toothbrushes supplied. The foyer is very pleasant and the breakfast served in the Il Chianti italian restaurant. For non-picky eaters, the breakfast buffet serves Japanese and western options, although my children didn't like it, sadly, as the western items were not quite as they are used to in England. I was pleased with the Japanese options. We were able to do our washing in one of the two machines provided, but it was tricky as they were usually occupied, so don't rely on doing your washing here. Overall, don't hesitate if you're looking for simple, comfortable and welcoming accommodation in Kanazawa. Picky children may prefer a trip to the local bakery over the breakfast provided. PS. The Il Chianti italian restaurant was not the best pizza we have ever tasted but it was extremely welcome after our travels and very convenient!

Really nice, particularly given how little I paid (Japan really rewards you for getting slightly off the tourist trail). I stayed in the designer room, it was really pretty as well as being clean and comfortable, though, as is the norm in Japan, small. The location is the best, halfway between the train station and the tourist attractions, so you can, if reasonably fit, walk to both. The staff are really polite and helpful, they helped me forward my bag to my next destination, something I could not have figured out how to do on my own.

Great experience here. Many amenities. Friendly staff, a lovely aroma as soon as you enter the hotel. Room was immaculate. The location was good for us too. Free coffee machine with gold leaf sprinkles was a unique feature. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Well situated clean hotel within walking distance from the train station. Very close to the market and Loop Bus stop. Staff was friendly and professional. Rooms were more than adequate-small like most Japanese hotel rooms. Expresso coffee maker and tea provided free in the lobby. Breakfast buffet was served in the small Italian restaurant attached to the hotel-not worth the money. The one attendant did an excellent job but there is just not much room to have a good selection. On one occasion, the best offering was the “daily pasta”-for breakfast. Japanese offerings were quite a bit better. Would really have appreciated some type of cereal.

The location of the hotel is amazing- very walkable distance to the train station and many sightseeing places. The service was great as well - super friendly and helpful staffs, and they changed our towels daily. The hotel room we stayed was spacious and nice. It has everything we need! We also like the fact that there are washing machines for travelers to use.

Its 1am and switched room at the 5th floor... It smelled like used and like old sweat, and the new room frist smelled better but after i came back from dinner it also smelled bad and now i can not sleep... I think smoking room sectio. in above or under us and that is why.

We loved our stay at Hotel Resolution Trinity Kanazawa. I can’t speak enough about the level of service the team and honesty the cleaners have. ||I accidentally left large amount of cash for our trip on the desk of our hotel room upon checking out. I didn’t realize it until we reached the airport. We contacted the hotel and they replied promptly that they found my envelope. They even mailed it to our next hotel in Tokyo and they beared the cost of mailing!! The incredible service and integrity makes this hotel worth staying already. ||Thank you Yuto and your team who coordinated to get my valuables back to me.
