Hotel Resol Trinity Kanazawa

The hotel was very nice. It was clean & quiet. It was decorated very nicely. The beds were comfortable. Now the staff, they were amazing. They were your typical polite Japanese workers but when we called the next day to say we left a necklace behind, they went out of their way to get it to us. Instead of the normal mail that would take 2 days, they walked to 7-Eleven to overnight it to us. Amazing.

Very good hotel! The room was clean and very comfortable, located jn the best possible part to explore town on foot. Also we bought a gift and they took extra care wrapping it for our trip to Takayama. Great service!

A really nice, good value hotel on the main street in Kanazawa, well-located for all the attractions. Although the main street is busy with cars and tourists, it is quiet inside and you are only steps away from tranquil backstreets. Easy to reach from the station, 15 minute walk, and you can drag your cases no problem. We found the staff very kind, helpful and thoughtful. The rooms were reasonably small but very comfortable and we enjoyed the pyjamas. We were able to get a three-bed room which was great. The bathrooms are small but very well appointed. All bits and bobs such as toothbrushes supplied. The foyer is very pleasant and the breakfast served in the Il Chianti italian restaurant. For non-picky eaters, the breakfast buffet serves Japanese and western options, although my children didn't like it, sadly, as the western items were not quite as they are used to in England. I was pleased with the Japanese options. We were able to do our washing in one of the two machines provided, but it was tricky as they were usually occupied, so don't rely on doing your washing here. Overall, don't hesitate if you're looking for simple, comfortable and welcoming accommodation in Kanazawa. Picky children may prefer a trip to the local bakery over the breakfast provided. PS. The Il Chianti italian restaurant was not the best pizza we have ever tasted but it was extremely welcome after our travels and very convenient!

Really nice, particularly given how little I paid (Japan really rewards you for getting slightly off the tourist trail). I stayed in the designer room, it was really pretty as well as being clean and comfortable, though, as is the norm in Japan, small. The location is the best, halfway between the train station and the tourist attractions, so you can, if reasonably fit, walk to both. The staff are really polite and helpful, they helped me forward my bag to my next destination, something I could not have figured out how to do on my own.

Well situated clean hotel within walking distance from the train station. Very close to the market and Loop Bus stop. Staff was friendly and professional. Rooms were more than adequate-small like most Japanese hotel rooms. Expresso coffee maker and tea provided free in the lobby. Breakfast buffet was served in the small Italian restaurant attached to the hotel-not worth the money. The one attendant did an excellent job but there is just not much room to have a good selection. On one occasion, the best offering was the “daily pasta”-for breakfast. Japanese offerings were quite a bit better. Would really have appreciated some type of cereal.

Really nice rooms and everything is so good . Not sure how to explain but I love everything here !! |Should have elevators that don’t have a weight limit though . We travel as a group but some people are loud in my group which we apologize for

Great experience here. Many amenities. Friendly staff, a lovely aroma as soon as you enter the hotel. Room was immaculate. The location was good for us too. Free coffee machine with gold leaf sprinkles was a unique feature. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
