This was my first time staying at a Tapestry Collection property, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. After 4 nights with my family (including a baby), I can confidently say I was more than pleasantly impressed.
The hotel has a boutique feel that sets it apart from the traditional corporate atmosphere of mainline Hilton brands. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with a thoughtful gift bag and a personalized handwritten note signed by multiple staff members—a small detail that made a big impact.
The rooms are spacious, spotless, and filled with little touches that go above and beyond: complimentary snacks and drinks in the mini fridge, quality stationery (even sticky notes), and a shower and bath setup that felt truly comfortable. The toiletries smelled wonderful, and the complimentary laundromat on the 3rd floor was an incredibly practical amenity.
Where this hotel really stands out, though, is the service. Even before arrival, I had to amend my reservation to accommodate my sister and her 1.5-year-old son. The staff handled it instantly, without fuss, and even offered baby-friendly amenities such as a bottle sterilizer in the room. That kind of proactive care is rare and deeply appreciated.
The daily Starbucks credit was another nice perk, and the location couldn’t be more convenient—just steps from the MRT station, making it easy to explore the city.
Overall, Hotel Resonance Taipei exceeded my expectations. It combines boutique character with Hilton reliability, delivering thoughtful touches and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it, especially for families traveling to Taipei.
