This is one of my favorite hotels in Taipei. It's got the warm and attentive service of a Four Seasons, the modern design of a boutique hotel, the practicality of a Japanese business hotel (especially with the complimentary self-service laundry machines), and the large room size of an American hotel. The housekeeping crew should be applauded for their meticulous cleaning. I would like to extend a sincere thanks to Eric Yu at the Concierge desk for helping us find an empty cardboard box. He was so helpful and courteous, thanks again Eric!

Nice, beautiful, comfortable room. I stayed for 4 nights. Good place if you just want a nice clean comfortable place home away from home to sleep|Large clean, well appointed room with daybed/table, fridge, nice comfy bed (I chose the king suite) and beddings, nice rain shower and bidet toilet. They have a small gym but are lacking in other food amenities or other expected hotel services. Also they give you one box or apple juice, coffee wafers, waters, and that's it. I would think they would add at least a coke or soda with the price you are paying. Also no toiletries. You are paying for the room only, so you need to expect that going in. Lobby is beautiful and reception and doorman all super nice and professional. There is no restaurant and nothing open at night around except a McDonalds next door that closes at 11pm and a few convenience stores. I like that it is next door to a metro stop, which is really convenient, and also there is no confusion when Uber picks you up. Despite not having the standard amenities you would expect for the price, I think as along as you know that going in, and just want a clean nice place to sleep, recommmend.

This is a fantastic place to stay if you're visiting Taipei! This was our first trip to the region and I'm glad we booked here. The room was well appointed a modern, the staff were so kind and helpful, and the location is fantastic! It's steps from the Blue Line station that can quickly take you to Taipei Main Station or to other connection stations. My only negative is that the Starbucks where we can use our benefits doesn't open until 7am. Opening even an hour earlier would've been helpful, but overall it wasn't a big deal. If we come back to Taipei, we'll absolutely be staying here again!

We came back again this year to stay at Hotel Resonance. Overall, our experience at the hotel remain positive. We were upgraded to the King and Twin corner rooms located at the front of the hotel. Personally, we prefer last year King Corner room at the back of hotel better. Warm greetings by the lobby manager when we return from being out for the day is appreciated. The hotel lobby is kept in pristine manner. We find last year front desk service to be exceptional and this year is good but a bit below outstanding. Room attendants service is also on par with our last year stay. The 3 combo washers/dryers laundromat is god-sent for our week-long stay at the hotel. Just like last year, we have Starbucks credits remaining on account when time of check-out, even after using the facilities very liberally for breakfast and snacks need during the day. Thank you and keep up the great work. We will see you again in another year, Hotel Resonance.

Pricey but get what you pay for—new modern clean hotel. Skip the hotel breakfast which is just Starbucks and head out to the different local Taiwanese breakfast stalls across the road. There’s free laundry and dryer machines to use with detergent automatically dispensed that’s open from 6am to 10pm. Avoid the 9am -12pm crowd. Hotel should consider adding 1 more dryer if not extending the hours to past midnight. Use tv to keep track of laundry remaining time. Gym is 24 hours with free weights and a machine and cardio stuff. Yoga mats and stuff too. There’s hot and cold water machine at the gym. Hotel gives 2 bottled water every, no disposable toothbrushes or shavers. There’s ironing board and complimentary coffee and tea, occasionally cold drinks and snacks. Japanese style bidet, nice bath tub and strong showers. 20% off spa treatments but I never went so I can’t review. Looks clean but on the pricey side. Free parking for guests. MRT right outside hotel, super easy to get to and fro airport and everywhere else. Supermarket near by called PX mart.

This was my first time staying at a Tapestry Collection property, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. After 4 nights with my family (including a baby), I can confidently say I was more than pleasantly impressed. The hotel has a boutique feel that sets it apart from the traditional corporate atmosphere of mainline Hilton brands. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with a thoughtful gift bag and a personalized handwritten note signed by multiple staff members—a small detail that made a big impact. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and filled with little touches that go above and beyond: complimentary snacks and drinks in the mini fridge, quality stationery (even sticky notes), and a shower and bath setup that felt truly comfortable. The toiletries smelled wonderful, and the complimentary laundromat on the 3rd floor was an incredibly practical amenity. Where this hotel really stands out, though, is the service. Even before arrival, I had to amend my reservation to accommodate my sister and her 1.5-year-old son. The staff handled it instantly, without fuss, and even offered baby-friendly amenities such as a bottle sterilizer in the room. That kind of proactive care is rare and deeply appreciated. The daily Starbucks credit was another nice perk, and the location couldn’t be more convenient—just steps from the MRT station, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, Hotel Resonance Taipei exceeded my expectations. It combines boutique character with Hilton reliability, delivering thoughtful touches and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it, especially for families traveling to Taipei.

Beautiful hotel not too far from the Taipei Main Station. Rooms are very nice. We were upgraded to a suite and everything was very nice, clean and modern! Great tech in the room as well and the hotel has its own app that you can even use at Starbucks for breakfast!

Everything is good at this hotel, it's new at a convenient location which is only 2-min to the subway station. It's a boutique hotel so you won't have all the amenities available in the room. I like their movie theme in the hotel with the reels everywhere, love their c playfulness of replacing the "do not disturb" setting by "on air". The hotel doesn't really have a cafe but a Starbucks on the ground floor and they offer 10% discount to hotel guests.
