Hotel Resonance Taipei, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

We were here for about two weeks, and I love this small hotel! It has a great location, right across the street from a subway station. The hotel is new and the rooms seem to be big and very deluxe. Service is great too, with courteous staff. Free laundry machines are available, and you can check the status of the machines on the TV in the room.||One word of caution: don't go here expecting a restaurant on site with a nice big buffet. They do have a Starbucks in the building, open from 0700-0900 for hotel guests only, with a nice range of breakfast items available. We were fine having breakfast and coffees there, when we didn't have Taiwanese breakfasts in the neighborhood.

Amazing hotel, but unfortunately, the carpet under the bed wasn’t clean and smelled like shoes, which made for an unpleasant and uncomfortable night. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this price and caliber. Additionally, the guest laundry policy needs improvement and enforcement—even hostels handle this better. Each guest is allowed only one wash and dry cycle, regardless of whether their clothes are properly cleaned or dried. For instance, I used a dryer that had stopped and removed another guest’s clothes, which had been left unattended, to dry my own. However, the other guest later switched the load back. Better organization and rules would prevent such issues.

This hotel is located steps away from Shandao Temple station and a 15-minute walk to Taipei Main Station. If you don't have a lot of luggage, it's definitely easier walking from the Main Station to the hotel given the maze that is Taipei Main Station! I stayed at this hotel for two nights and found it to be incredible! My room was spacious and clean, with no noise issues from the streets or the other rooms at all. Laundry is available at this property, and you can see which machines are free / in-use using one of the options in the TV menu. It tells you how much time is remaining on each machine, so you don't have to go and check on the status. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is modern with friendly staff that provide excellent service. My Room was good sized with a both a shower and a bath. Free water and snacks in the room too. The Metro station is just outside the hotel.

A relatively new hotel and the rooms are well-appointed, giving the hotel a premium feel. The hotel is about 2 mins walk from Exit 3 (with escalator) walk on Blue MRT line - Shandao Temple Station. The lobby was very nicely decorated - comfortable and relaxing for us to sit around when meeting with visitors.|Our family of 4 stayed at a corner King room and a Twin room. Both rooms were spacious and well laid-out. We appreciated the deep bathtub and a separate shower stall with an overhead rain shower and the bathroom vanity counter in between them being located in a separate room from the compartment equipped with the toilet and a wash basin. We LOVED this particular layout! |The hotel was very clean, housekeeping employees were seen constantly cleaning the premise. On a daily basis, housekeeping staff check-in with us to ensure that room cleaning services and supplies needs are met.|In addition, we greatly appreciated the free on-site laundry facility in particular the feature that we can monitor from the TV in our room availability and/or status of the 3 washers and dryers. The washers are of great quality with self-detergent application and the dryers are equally great with drying capabilities.|Last, but not least, all employees were friendly and efficient with outstanding customer services provided. Overall, we enjoyed our stay tremendously with the warm hospitality at Hotel Resonance.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. It’s only located one stop away from the Taipei Main Station. Centrally located in the city, it’s so easy to get to other parts of Taipei from here. The building is fairly new so everything is modern and up to date. The rooms were big and comfortable. The views were amazing. It’s was amazing to see the sunrise and sunset from the room. The Starbucks located on the ground floor was very convenient. We had the breakfast package and were given a set amount of points to use at the Starbucks. It opens early for hotel guest only for a few hours which was nice. Highly recommend this place. It was a lovely stay.

My extended family and I spent our Christmas and New Years at the Hotel Resonance and we were all pleasantly surprised at how quiet, comfortable and convenient this hotel is. My husband and I stayed with our six year old son in a corner king room and it was the perfect size for our family of three. The small couch was big enough for my son to use as a bed so we didn't need to get a roll out bed for him. My sister and her husband and son also stayed in a similar corner king while my parents stayed in a regular king sized room--they all found their rooms comfortable. The modern design with the easy controls for lights and window shades made getting over jet lag easy. ||The hotel is located near the Shandao Temple MRT stop as well as a few blocks away from Taipei Main Station. This made navigating the city extremely easy. We ended up arriving at the hotel several hours early and the hotel allowed us to rest in their spacious lobby and store our luggage before check in. (They even allowed us to store some luggage overnight when we decided to do one overnight in Jiufen before returning and rechecking into the hotel.) They were very accommodating to our requests.||While breakfast is served at the Starbucks that's a part of the property, the online ordering system made picking up our beverage and food orders in the morning a breeze. We never had to wait more than a few minutes for breakfast. In addition, the hotel is also located near several convenience stores and a grocery store to help fill your room with snacks if Starbucks isn't enough. Hot water boilers in the room made making tea and instant noodles easy as well. There's also a McDonald's as well as many other restaurants around the hotel so you will not go hungry. And for those jet lagged and waking up early, the famous Fu Hang Soy Milk is right around the corner so making it at 5:30am when it opens was not difficult at all. And if you unfortunately get sick with a cold, there is also a pharmacy right next door. You'll feel as if you're home!||Bonus was being able to view the Taipei 101 fireworks from the intersection of Linsen South Road and Zhongxiao East Road!||For future trips, I would not pack as many clothes as I was able to use the free laundry rooms with ease a few times during out stay. I was worried that three units weren't going to be enough for a large hotel, but the TV allowed you to see what was being used and how much time was left. I never had an issue with be able to do laundry. ||All and all, a perfect place to call home base when visiting Taipei and I would love to stay there again on future trips. Thank you!

Worth for a stay. No complains. Room is extremely well maintained, location is good, staff is helpful. If you don't enjoy breakfast at Starbucks then you might want to think twice, else definitely worth for a stay
