I was in this lovely restaurant on my trip to Basel, and I can’t say enough nice things about it. From the greeting at the door, thru the service and the food, all is very nice. I have had “Brasato di Ossobuco Classico”, a great meal, that just melts in your mouth. Service is also great, servers and the bar tender, are very pleasant and very efficient. Highly recommended restaurant in the centre of the city, easy reachable by city train. Definitely will come back again.

Great location, old town is 10 min walk away. Also, there is a tram station just in front of it. Clean and nice rooms, affordable.. No breakfast, but there is a free coffee/tea, croissant and fruit available drom 8 to 10 a.m.

The restaurant serves deliciously authentic Italian pizza. We got seats without any reservation, and the service was great! For guests, the location is optimal with walking distance to museums and the city center, plus a view from the closest "Wettstein" bridge.

Booked a room but couldn't get into the hotel. No staff after 5pm. No key code provided. Phone numbers that didn't work. Even the provided emergency number didn't work. Never experienced such a thing before.

I was here to go to the Eurovision 2025. Everything in the hotel room was clean, and bed was mega comfy. In the restaurant they serve delicious pizza. This hotel was so good that i will come this summer.

Comfortable room with fan provided. Hotel was a quick tram ride away from the main station. The pillows were very soft however; I was a solo traveller and able to take one more from the other bed, but others might not be able to do this.

The communication with the staff of the hotel was great, from the first email requesting information about a possible reservation, the online reservation process was smooth, the late check in was smooth (I received an email with all the details), the staff at the reception very nice, providing all the information necessary to make our stay more enjoyable and with good recommendation regarding the main attractions of Basel and how to get around. The rooms we comfortable, all the amnesties provided, very clean.

The room was comfortable and the beds were very good, too. However, the breakfast was not too rich, fortunately I have only coffee for breakfast, otherwise I would miss the selection of food. Being vegan, I would like to see vegan cakes there, too.
