Our experience started in the worst way possible. We had notified them in advance that our flight from Europe was delayed and that we would arrive after midnight. With our limited internet, we were using it primarily for GPS to find our way to the accommodation, which was already fully paid for (over €1000).||Upon arrival, we knocked on the door for assistance. To our dismay, a woman from reception opened the door and immediately started shouting at us. Instead of a welcome, she scolded us for knocking at that hour and snapped that we should have read a message with the check-in instructions (which, given the circumstances, we had not been able to check).|The treatment was so unpleasant that it escalated to her threatening not to let us enter or stay for the night, despite having fully paid for the booking. It was only after an argument and the intervention of another gentleman that we were finally able to check in. This man, it should be noted, was correct and showed us to our room.|It is a shame that such an unpleasant and annoying start overshadowed the entire stay. While the continental breakfast was fina and the views from the hotel are beautiful, the room cleaning was very basic.||However, none of that makes up for the disrespect, aggressiveness, and shameful attitude of the night receptionist. She even chose to speak in a different language during her tirade, apparently so we wouldn't understand her. Her refusal to provide her name speaks for itself.|It's not just the bad welcome; it's the feeling that paying such a significant amount of money doesn't even guarantee a minimum of professionalism and human decency. I do not recommend it and we will certainly not be returning.
