Great experience both for us and our dog! Staff was so kind both at check in and check out and helped with luggage deposit as well. Definitely recommend!

Great breakfast, comfy bed, nice staff, only the room was too hot in summer

I visited the restaurant on a number of occasions with my wife over a few years and always enjoyed the food and service. On our last visit we were in town with a party of friends and reserved a table a few days beforehand as we wanted to be sure of a place. In the event when we arrived the waitress pretended that we had not been serious about our reservation! We were very angry and felt humiliated in front of our friends. They eventually found us a spot upstairs away from everyone else. We were disgusted and so disappointed after lauding the place to our friends.

The Hotels restaurant is outstanding, we had excellent service and the food was plentiful and delicious. I've eaten all over Germany and this restaurants food is on top of the list of best places I've eaten. They do have an English menu and they even went out of their way to customize my order. They had a schnitzel on the menu with mushrooms but I also wanted mine with gravy and pommel fritz. Not only did I get my gravy but the mushrooms were cooked in it and put in a gravy boat so I could control how much I had. Add a couple weizen beer fresh from the tap what else could you ask for.

I didn't stay at the hotel, but I can highly recommend the attached restaurant! Serving traditional German dishes in a really cool, traditional setting. One of the best pork schnitzels I've ever had too! A nice selection of beers, and great recommendations from staff. The service was superb; very kind, helpful and friendly.

I was at the restaurant yesterday. The Boss is very attentive and friendly and the menu looks great and the atmosphere is cozy. But they have a "Lady" doing the service (waiter), which is extremely impolite and almost rude. She told me there were no free tables, although there were four free seats near the entrance, which I finally was allowed to sit. A few minutes later "she" threw the menu on the table and turned around without looking at me. When I wanted to order a dish from the menu she told me very dismissive - Quote: No, that is out. " After all that experience I decided to leave the restaurant and did not want to further ruin my only evening in Bremen with that bad experience. Before leaving I told the Boss, who seemed to be very nice, about my experience in the hope that he has the power and willingness to create a better customer experience for his future customers and coach the waiters and service staff to follow his example. The menu looks very yummy and authentic. A pity that was not able to enjoy it.

The experience in the restaurant was really nice, the warm welcome and the very very tasty and authentic food. The waitresses were very nice with us, they even spoke English and had an English menu for foreigners. I recommend 100% and the decoration is very cute, the waitresses even had cute bavarian dress (I hope I am not being impolite). I had the liver dumpling soup and it was really good 😊
