Hotel-Restaurant Hirschen, Familie Staggl

Stayed here for one night on a recent cycling trip from Munich to Merano. Hotel room was very comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed. Pool and sauna were excellent. Ate in the hotel restaurant in the evening and the food was very good.|The staff in the hotel were all outstanding. I left behind a personal item in the room and they went above and beyond to return this to the UK for me.

We had dinner here. The food was very good, service excellent and friendly. Multiple good vegetarian options. There is no kids menu but they rustle up an excellent franks & fries if you ask. This is a big hotel-restaurant with two outdoor seating areas. Good salad buffet, included in the price for dinner. Parking is a quick 50m walk away, and free. The location in the town center is nice but the views to the mountain are partial.

Amazing hotel. We we’re on our way back home from Italy when our car broke down. We stranded in Imst and found this hotel. The hotel was amazing, the rooms, the service, the sauna, pool, restaurant. It was really clean as well. Good food. Just everything. The service from the staff was amazing as well. Because we didn’t know when our car would be fixed they reserved a hotel room for us daily and we could let know if we needed it that day. Also we received an Imst tourist pass so we could at least do something in the city during the time that we stayed there. The manager came up a couple of times to us to ask how we are doing and to gave us tips. Really friendly guy! Upon departure we even got a small present from him. I would recommend everyone this hotel if you want to stay in Imst!!

We came here unexpectedly after someone in our group suffered an injury and the hotel staff was incredibly nice and even lent us their rolling desk chair as a makeshift wheelchair for multiple days. Besides that, the restaurant served good food and nice drinks. Sauna and pools (indoor and outdoor) were lovely.

We came here to eat on several occasions. The bar staff are great as is the food. We had breakfast on one occasion which was really good too.

The rooms we had were very comfortable : a big bed (king size), a large modern bathroom. There is also a wellness area with sauna, steam cabine and infrared cabin. The restaurant is cosy. There is many rooms where it is possible to have breakfast or dinner and the menu has a lot of choice. Nice place to overnight.

I staid at this hotel twice for business. The hotel furniture is typical from Tyrol, nice. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast rich. I haven't tried the swimming pool and sauna, so can't say about them. Service is good and people are gentle.

We ate dinner there, we were kinda late to arrive but they were very sweet and made sure to get our food as fast as possible. They appologised multiple times for the long waiting, which we felt was reasonable times, the food was great and the staff fantastic. A pleasure to eat there.
