Hotel Restaurant Hirschen

Had lunch here the other day and it was a great experience. My friend’s family has had lunch/dinner here several times over the years, and I can see why they keep coming back. There are lots of traditional German dishes on the menu, and everything we had looked and tasted really good and fresh. The prices are fair, the restaurant’s interior is very inviting, and the service was fast and friendly. Definitely recommend:))

This hotel is cosy, comfortable and quiet. From the reception to the rooms, passing by the restaurant service, food , and decoration; everything here makes you feel good. We will definitely come back here.

A wonderful hotel. And such a great service! Nice and clean rooms, with a little balcony and great overview on the beautiful hills. Food is excellent, breakfast really nice. Everything in this hotel is just done with a little bit extra love. Wanna go to this area? We really recommend. They also have rooms for 1 person and than you also pay just 54 euro. Very nice service for people who travel alone.

Amazing food and drinks served by friendly and funny staff. Most of the ingredients are delivered by local producers and the quality of the food is outstanding! The view from the balcony is pretty nice. You can spot some cows, hills and a pretty view down the little valley. It is further away from tourist traps and I would consider it a hidden gem of the area.

Pure chance that we found this hotel and what a lucky find it turned out to be ! The room was clean light and comfortable with a lovely geranium lined balcony and view of the mountains. The restaurant is obviously a favorite with the locals as it was always full. The food was excellent and there were even two vegetarian dishes which is very unusual in that part of the world ! Easy parking right next to the hotel. We stayed here got two nights and would definitely recommend it for any traveler en route to the north or south.

We stayed there for three nights in the guest house. We arrived very late after a difficult trip and were greeted warmly by the whole stuff. We had a most wonderful dinner and since our grandson had a birthday that evening they even arranged for a special desert which looked like a birthday cake and they sang "happy birthday " and gave him presents. We were very touched by the effort they made at 22:00 for total strangers.||We were given a huge apartment : one big bedroom which had adouble bed and a sofa, and a bathroom next to it, one bedroom with a double bed' another big bathroom and a big living room with another sofa. A dining table and a kitchen with all the dishes for eight and a big refrigarator, a microwave and a stove. and the price was very low. The view of the village and the forest from our windows and the balcony was lovely and there was a small river next to the hotel.||We had to walk for a few minutes to the hotel for our breakfast and the breakfast was very very good.||The restaurant was quite full in the evening and the food was very tasty. There was also a very good childrens' menu.||The stuff was very freindly and most of them spoke english. ||The only minus thing we found was the towles which were very old and almost rags. A shame since everything else was very good.

My husband, son and I spent one night here, and wished we could stay longer. The guest house is charming and in a very pretty spot a little above Schlusee. The rooms were clean, cozy and comfortable, and the food was excellent. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet place to stay.

I love this place! We ate here 3 times. The food is outstanding German cuisine, the staff delightful and the setting wonderful. We were well looked after, given samples of some of the dishes and the portions are very generous. One of my favourite places ever to eat.
