Definitely over rated for no reason! Positive: clean room and comfortable bed for which I gave 2 stars. Negative: 1. This isn’t a hotel but a bed and breakfast. There’s no reception in the evening. 2. I booked a room with breakfast and I was charged again for the breakfast!! 3. Do not expect a hotel breakfast. Options are very limited and not fresh. You can get oat milk with your coffee as the only positive point about the breakfast. Bread was old, a couple of french frozen pastries that were warmed up in oven, some plain yogurt with a couple of honey or jams, little bit of brie, and some cold cakes!

Enchanting. My friends and I spent the last night of our trip to Paris here. I wish we had stayed longer! The chateau itself was gorgeous, and I recommend checking out the nearby flea market. We did not have time to dine at the restaurant sadly, but we did have a tasty breakfast in the garden. It's owned and run by the sweetest family who made us feel very welcome. Away from the tourist crowds and a peek into daily life in Paris both past and present - I highly recommend.||Some possible FAQ answers: They do speak English. It's about a 20 minute cab ride both to CDG and to downtown Paris (opposite directions). There is AC. The neighborhood is walkable. Stay here.||(I'm copy and pasting this review to other sites; if you see it repeated that's why. I'm not an AI review, just someone who wants this place to succeed so I can stay here again!)

Beautiful hotel, the decoration is done with incredible taste, the location is perfect - quiet yet close to center Paris, to Stade de France and local shops. Very nice menu, it is a real gem! I highly recommend it, the team is very kind as well.

A beautiful restored mansion transformed into a hotel and restaurant. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, the decor is lovely, and the food delicious! The owners did an amazing job preserving the architectural elements of the building which provides for a wonderful ambiance. Highly recommend! You won’t find an experience like this anywhere else in Paris and most certainly not at this affordable price! Don’t overlook the restaurant - it’s a must.

My friend and I had a weekend trip to Paris planned. Since we had both visited the city several times before, we were looking for more of a neighborhood experience and started searching for a hotel near the Saint-Ouen flea market—the only activity we’d actually planned. We stumbled upon the restaurant at Le Charmant first (thanks to its glowing reviews), and then discovered they had recently opened guest rooms on the upper floors of this impeccably restored mansion. We felt so lucky to have found it—it was exactly what we were hoping for on this trip.||The owners, Anne and Sélim, have done such an impressive job restoring this former family home in Saint-Ouen. For Paris—or any major city—the rooms are incredibly spacious, and having such a delightful restaurant right downstairs was a real treat. Over the course of two dinners, Chef Romain made sure we didn’t miss any of his favorite dishes (and we were not disappointed)! A lovely bonus is the large garden and event space out back. (Sadly, we missed the afternoon BBQ during our stay as we were out exploring.) Despite its peaceful setting on a quiet street, the property is just a short walk from the M13 and M14 metro lines and the RER C, making it easy to reach most of Paris’s major sights within 15 to 30 minutes.||Anne and Sélim, thank you for such a beautiful stay. I truly hope to return again soon!

This newly opened boutique hotel has an "Accidentally Wes Anderson" feel (which I love), and every single detail has been thought out. The room was spacious and beautiful. The owners and staff were extremely helpful and kind. It's a few blocks from the Metro and you can get to many major tourist places within 15-30 minutes. I was a bit sad to leave, to be honest. Next time I'd love to try their restaurant. Everything was perfect.
