Hôtel-Restaurant les Négociants

This hotel is a joke . The room was so hot that I had to keep the window open for the night. On the first floor the noise didn’t stop during the night and people came at 4 am to manipulate some stuff in the street . The breakfast is not existant compared to decent hotels.

Great location. Close to town plaza where a weekly market is held. Also close to promenade along Lake Geneva. However do not book if the view from your room is important.

Great restaurant - simple dishes. But eat the « filet de perche » with home made fries. Can’t speak about the hotel. But service and food was great.

great location but service was poor, closed most of the time, inexperienced staff, noisy outside, and no refund for trying to leave a day earlier than planned un spite of 4 days notice. Never booking this one again. Room was okay, clean, except for bit of mould in the shower. Missing attention to detail. Very friendly receptionist (When available). Complex parking.

Location was great, room cleansiness was great and staff were kind. My stay there was pleasant with good facilities. The only downside to my stay was the 15 Franc breakfast spread, which was very basic. Made more sense to walk down the road to a bakery. Overall a great experience

Good evening, I was invited to have dinner.. I wasn't aware it was also a Hotel. Food was OK, but very very small portion. Food quality , was so and so. Much more was expected from such restaurant. Wine was nice.. COFFEE, is served from a automatic machine. Shocking, as Swisserland has some of the best sip machines..coffee was just water.. Service was nice and attentive..

Room is compact, so you have to take turns moving around. Loved the warmed tile floor in the bathroom. Very close to lakeshore and weekly market. About 5 to 6 minute walk from train. Great shopping around and dining choices.||Breakfast buffet had fabulous croissants. Very good coffee came was freshly brewed, came to the table in a pot with another pot of hot milk.||We don’t give this a “5” because of the noise....lots of human traffic in the street well past midnight (it was a Tuesday) and at 10pm our next door neighbours, about four people, sounded like they were in our room....having a great visit....not drunk, not arguing...just noisy. I mentioned this in the morning as we were checking out, to be told ten pm “was not late”. So it’s a “4”!

Stayed here during a business trip for one night. Reception and welcome in the hotel was ok. The rooms are small and according to a medium standard only - quite old.|The bathroom has definitely seen better tines. There was mold in the shower and it did not look too clean.|Breakfast was ok. During checkout the staff did not really know how to handle the checkout - that took quite some time.|All in all ok to stay there for one night if the expectations are not high as the hotel is really centrally located.
