Overall hotel is great. Absolutely amazing service and great room for 4 people. Great and super clean spa/sauna area included. Our room had little patio which was awesome. Super comfy sheets and blanket. Views around hotel are gorgeous. Only negative comments we had, hard to find place to eat without reservation. Hotel restaurant was fully booked and numerous place had no availability, we found Italian restaurant across the street. Breakfast at hotel was great

Beautiful hotel in the center of Pontresina...while a hilly city, with the train station at the bottom - they will pick you up to bring you to the hotel. We had train delays, and they even came to get us in Samedan!! So kind. Plenty of choices for restaurants, besides the hotel itself, nearby. Coop store easy walk around the corner. Bus stop two blocks down the road to get you to St. Moritz, Samedan and the train station.|Our room had a balcony and wonderful view of the mountains/hills! Breakfast was filling with the usual meats, pastry, breads, eggs, vegetables etc. There was a Nespresso in our room. It was quiet with the windows closed. Due to heat, we asked for and received a fan. The staff at the desk and dining are so friendly, and thankfully speak english.

We dined at the Stüva restaurant at Hotel Müller. The interior is decorated in warm wooden tones, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. However, the service left much to be desired — the waiter was extremely unfriendly and refused to give any recommendations on the menu, which further spoiled the overall impression. We started with two glasses of rosé and two tartares — one with tuna and one with shrimp. The tuna tartare looked unappealing: the combination of tuna and beetroot felt odd — both in taste and concept. Especially considering the promised “show” preparation at the table, which never happened. Perhaps it was skipped to avoid possible refusals. The shrimp tartare was more enjoyable, but serving it on a plain slice of bread (which is already brought separately) felt out of place. Lettuce leaves, cucumber slices, or a light brioche would have made much more sense. The portion was very small, and the bread seemed added just to make it look more substantial. For the main course, we had fish and tomato ravioli — not bad in flavor, but the filling was dry and clearly lacking sauce. The swordfish with black rice and pak choi was also served without any sauce and tasted dry as well. The ingredients seemed fresh — that’s a plus — but the overall price-to-quality ratio felt off: 153 CHF for this dinner was simply not justified. Overall, the place has potential, but the service, presentation, and portion sizes need improvement.

Our stay at the Hotel Müller in Pontresina went above and beyond our expectations! The location was unbeatable, nestled right in the heart of town, making it incredibly convenient to explore everything the area has to offer. From the moment we stepped through the door, the hotel staff welcomed us with warmth and professionalism. Their friendly and attentive demeanor reassured us that we had made the perfect choice. The room was immaculate, featuring stylish local wood paneling that added a cozy, authentic Alpine charm. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring restful nights after our adventures. While the bathroom was on the smaller side, it was thoughtfully designed, functional, and spotlessly clean, so it didn’t detract from our experience. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the restaurant. The culinary experience was phenomenal, offering creative dishes inspired by local flavors. A special mention goes to their exceptional vegetarian options, which were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Each meal was a delight and added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. A charming quirk of the hotel is its tiny micro-elevator—possibly the smallest I’ve ever seen! Despite its size, it was surprisingly useful, especially when we needed to transport luggage. Overall, Hotel Müller delivered a superb experience, offering incredible value and quality for a 3-star property.

We stayed at the hotel - although it looks like a historical building. The entire interior has been renovated and is a very clean, modern sensibility, high quality, build out and designed decor. They have a free small spa in the basement, that is very quiet and empty. With a sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room, and quiet lounge. It is clearly more than your average three star. More like a four star with a bit simpler services and style. Additionally, we ate in the restaurant and we loved our experience. This was our best meal Switzerland after a month of holiday. we have the Chef’s menu, and the courses show a high degree of refinement without being excessively and overtly “ creative”. The were subtle flavorings with refined executions of local dishes. For example, the deer medallions came with a very delicious polenta that looked to be a heritage grain, and a rich red cabbage ( rot kohl) that had rich flavor with some fermentation and high-quality ingredients. Same for the salad with apples and walnuts, and a nice vegetable and beet soup. The dining room is very refined with wood paneling , white tablecloths, and very nice silver plate dinnerware. The dining room was quiet on a Tuesday night with just a few other diners. The waiters were very courteous, knowledgeable and professional and helped us in English. We felt like we had stepped into a secret place only known by discerning Swiss on there mountain holiday.

This was our third visit to The Muller and as always the service was outstanding. We were delighted to see all the same staff from last year. The rooms and common areas are spotless. Breakfast is ample with fruit, meats, cheeses and eggs. I would recommend half board as dinner is excellent.

I hesitate to write this review, because I typically try to work things out directly with the property / restaurant, but my husband and I had a very off-putting experience at this hotel, which was the last accommodation of an amazing 2 week hiking trip through Switzerland.||This hotel was booked well over a year ago through a tour company we used for our self-guided 2 week trip. At that time we requested an upgrade to a junior suite as pictured on their website (big windows, lots of light, sitting area) - the request was granted and we paid the junior suite rate.||We arrived after a long day of traveling and were shown across the street to a 2BR 2BA suite in an old historic bldg (Ca Rossa Suite Satory). You might think - wow that's great. However the suite was very dark due to small windows that sat high on the wall, very hot / stuffy, little air flow and had very low door frames that my husband worried about bumping into (it is a renovated historic bldg). Although spacious, this was literally the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of the type of room I would ever choose to stay in - - you couldn't see out the windows unless you were standing and there was no view whatsoever. It was completely depressing to me.||I went across the street to request a fan and asked a woman (who turns out to be an owner) why we were in that room. She responded with some indignation.....because you got an upgrade...... to which I responded that we booked a junior suite well over a year ago..... she proceeds to tell me that this is the busiest 2 weeks of the summer and many of her "regulars" that stay a full week were there, so she had to move us or CANCEL OUR RESERVATION.||I was stunned. I've never in all my years traveling had anyone basically say, we moved you, despite your confirmed reservation, because otherwise we could have had to cancel your reservation. We were not given an options / choices that might have been more to our preference. It was assumed we would be "happy" with this "upgrade" - - she was obviously put-off that I wasn't thanking her for this upgrade we didn't want.||It's only an upgrade if it's something your customer wants. And a historic bldg, with little light, little air movement, no view, that's like a cave is not my idea of an upgrade.||It was such a disappointing end to 14 wonderful days staying at wonderful accommodations, with kind friendly owners. ||This was not the way you treat guests of your property, even if they're not your "regulars"
