We had a wonderful visit. Amazing views of the castle, river, and valley from the hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff friendly while ensuring excellent service. Lobby and seating area was quite nice with relaxed environment for drinks or to visit. The restaurant offered a varied menu which we enjoyed the four course selection. Appetizer to Dessert were all wonderfully prepared and presented. Preselected wines paired nicely. Parking was easy along the street in front where there was ample room. We recommend and should we return would certainly stay again.

Outstanding view and cuisine. That the bathtub is in the room was a bit weird. Other than that magnificent! Would recommend 10/10

We stayed 2 nights at this lovely hotel looking over Bouillon. The rooms are very comfortable with great views. The lobby is so warm and lovely (really appreciated it on second day when it was raining). The restaurant is also very good.

Very pleasant hotel with stunning views on the castle and the green surrounding. The ideal place to relax and be pampered by the welcoming hotel crew. 👌 The food is sourced from the surroundings. Top quality!

Very special hotel overlooking the town of Bouillon and the medieval castle across the river. Staff were friendly and helpful with dinner suggestions and reservations. The room was spacious and spotless.

The rooms are basic and a bit tired but the views are fabulous. Dinner was good but breakfast was a bit basic. Free motorbike parking out the front. Downstairs is very nice with good staff. It would be a long hard walk to any other restaurant up and.down a.steep Hill.

Very disappointing, especially the food which is quite basic, no choice just a menu and expensive. The wines are extremely expensive for basic wine. Breakfast just OK, but chaotic. You have to prepare things yourself (prepare eggs, pancakes, etc.)! Tried phoning the hotel 60 times the days before visiting and nobody answered. There is a message saying call back, but when calling back they still don't answer. Not very reassuring.

The publicity doesn’t do this hotel justice.||The hotel is in a great position overlooking the town and river, room was large and comfortable, the bathroom had a bath and separate shower, all spotlessly clean. The evening meal in the restaurant was delicious and plentiful, breakfast was a buffet with a huge selection, even self-cooked eggs and bacon if desired. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, the staff are very friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the Wellness centre which is well worth the extra cost for two hours private use of resistance pool, jacuzzi and programmable sauna that benefits from panoramic views over the town, even from the sauna! We will go back and recommend this hotel highly.
