A really good one. Super tasty food like soups with simple and healthy ingredients. And a great staff which is super friendly. Thanks for fuelling my bottles with water also!

Very bad experience from reception . They refuse to allocate me another room . I was given a 15m2 room while I paid for a double room of 20m2. I was fully equipped with professional stuff and they refuse to give me a room with dressing as in description .

Only stayed one night but thought it was really good. Our room was basic but clean and bed comfy. Absolutely loved the restaurant and the food was amazing! Location was next to the lake and a 15 minute walk into the centre. Compared to other hotels in St Moritz I think the cost was not too bad.|I would recommend this hotel.

The staff make the stay pleasant, rooms are clean and the restaurant is simply great food with lots of choices. Closely located to nearby sports and wellbeing outlets. Parking has electric charging facility (pay). Walk around the lake is 5’ away

This hotel is exceptionally good! We loved our stay here, from the check in to check out it was easy and friendly.|We stayed in an incredible room on one of the top floors, the balcony was huge and the room and bathroom were just as spacious. It was immaculately clean and tidy with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The room was really quiet and we had the best night sleep.|We ate dinner there and it was really good! I loved the gf gnocchi and my partner had veal and was just as good! The aperol spritz are great too.|Breakfast was huge and the service in the restaurant is really lovely.|Can't recommend this hotel enough, its easy to get to, jump on bus at the train station and in 8 minutes you are across the road from the hotel. The lake near the hotel is a really nice spot at sunset.|Definitely a wonderful stay, would happily return!

We were skiing with my family in February and it was all great. We really liked the hotel rooms and the kitchen in the hotel and the service, the waiters were so kind and helpful especially Viorica and Elisa. The receptionist Anabela was very sweet to us. One thing we missed was fried eggs at the breakfast. Thank you so much for everything and we wish all the best to our family member Natalia who also works at the hotel. Nice hotel and great location. Check-in process consisted of the staff handing you an iPad where you have to fill up 5 pages worth of personal information! In all my travels, hotels and resorts stays, I never experienced that before! Room was nice and clean, great restaurant and within walking distance to the lake, restaurants and shops.
