Hotel Restaurant Rebstock

This was such an amazing hotel. Our favorite out of our hotels furing our trip.Excellent location. Delicious breakfast. They upgraded us to a beautiful apartment with a balcony overlooking the lake. Staff was super friendly and helpful in making reservations. Will definitely stay here again

Loved everything about it. First stop in Switzerland. We are a family of five. Most hotels do not have accommodations that work for us. Hotel Rebstock had the perfect room "apartment". Could not have been in a better location either. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great also.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and were surprised to be given 3 bed rooms instead. The hotel has a side lift to get to the apartment. Staff was very attending and friendly, introduced and brought us to the lift and taught us how to use it. Breakfast was good but u have to order eggs and bacons separately. Simple spread. Location of hotel was good as only 10min walk from Lucerne station. View from the hotel room was good and gave the old charms of church bells. Hotel gave a pass where we can take free bus rides around certain zones of the city.

Such a cute hotel in a wonderful, convenient location. The room was spacious and clean and the cafe and restaurant were lovely, as were the staff who were always friendly and happy to help.

Very friendly staff and delicious breakfast! We had 2 cozy rooms on the 5th floor, everything was clean and comfy. The walls are a bit thin, but apart from that it was great! Would definitely recommend it ☺️

The location of Hotel Rebstock was very good. A fifteen minute walk you can be almost anywhere. The staff was very nice and professional. Thankfully, there was a small lift to take us up to the 5th floor. Our room was small but comfortable. The windows were fabulous at keeping all the city noise out including the frequent church bells. But the 3 stars is because it was too warm in our room, even with the fan provided, you could not open the windows to sleep because of the city noise. I know that the temperatures this summer have been unusually warm

A charming and great hotel. Rooms were spacious, bathroom had nice toiletries and hair dryer. No A/C, but hotel provided a large fan in room and windows open. Very helpful and kind staff. Breakfast was lovely each morning. Would definitely stay again.

We visited for lunch and were not hotel guests. Menu comprises traditional Swiss fare so we opted for the veal liver and bratwurst, both of which were superb. Lovely quiet picturesque location. Had a nice chat with the waiter at the end of the meal but I think I was short changed by a few francs but I'm sure it was an honest mistake - it must be very difficult waiting on outside tables in 34 degree heat! I can't comment on the hotel itself but would certainly recommend the restaurant.
