Hotel Rosatsch is very good old hotel with big rooms, comfortable beds, clean all around, and excellent responsive staff. While we didn't use it, the room thoughtfully had a day pack for hiking. Breakfast, included in rate, was very good with quality ingredients. Also we had dinner at the Restaurant and all things ordered were delicious though portion sizes were a bit small. They provide courtesy pick and drop to station - just informed them before. This was very helpful.

We stay in Pontresina every year and stayed in Rosatsch for the third time - booked 4 rooms for one week each + service in Restaurant and bar was good + cleaning staff friendly + bar cozy + breakfast and salad bar nice - Heating in room either cold or no heating (when we arrived) or very hot +/- Fitness a bit small and dark but ok - air not great (atmosphere in pool and fitness area could be improved) - comply with own sustainability rules to save water and energy - since Christoph left leadership is not as it was, no big and real interest in the guests and no extra words or empathy, no thank you at check out, transfer with bus very quick but rather unfriendly (one didn’t feel welcome - would require training and coaching), management is more busy with their work and task transaction focused, no proactive follow ups after feedback

We stayed here for the 3rd time, this time booked 4 x 4 rooms for one entire week||+ very friendly and efficient staff in restaurant and bar and cleaning personell |+ nice rooms ||- Reception and leadership: no real interest in guests, not even a thank you after paying several 1000.—- - lack of hospitality and understanding what the hotel industry is all about, lack of presence of leadership |- attention to details and proactivity got lost|A bit sad to see how the hotel changed after Christoph left - the heart didn’t go on…|- heating in room either no heating or very hot room

We had a very enjoyable stay. We had a large room with balcony, bathroom, separate WC and generous cupboard space. Everything one could want was available for breakfast. I particularly appreciated all the fresh fruit. The 4-course dinner was excellent commencing with a buffet of various salads, terrines, cold meats. The second course was soup or fruit juice. There were three choices of main course: one meat, one fish: one vegetarian. The alternative to the sweet course was a fantastic cheese board. Our package was particularly good value as included lift passes and public transport within the Engadine. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was a very pleasant surprise. While the rooms were very old, the hotel is transparent about it on its website, so it was well announced that the rooms had fitted carpets and bathrooms from the 80s. Rooms were very spacious and even had fire places. But make sure you get a room on an upper floor to have some views from the balcony. Staff was very friendly and attentive, at the reception and breakfast. ||The dinner as part of the half board on the other hand was not a good value for vegetarians. As the restaurant is so transparent also on the dinner menu, it showed that the vegetarian main dish is 20 chf less and yet the menu has the same price as with the meat main dish. After asking quite a few times there was a discount but not as much as the difference in value. So while the hotel was a very good experience, the restaurant on the other hand - at least for vegetarians - isn't.

We stayed 2 nights in this very nice and centrally located hotel in charming Pontresina. The hotel is priceworthy in comparison with other hotels nearby. It has a beautiful big Spa, which is complimentary; big pool, three different saunas, relax room and possibility to have massage treatments. This is excellent to use on a day with bad weather, or in the evening. The hotel also has a big but cosy bar, with plenty of fine drinks + a bar menu.||The staff is friendly & helpful and breakfast very good in a very nice restaurant (there are two restaurants in the hotel). The interior of the hotel has high class. We stayed in room nr 403 which has a nice view, a very comfortable bed and top noch bed linen. The room was small with a tiny bathroom - but equipped with a free rucksack/backpack to borrow, as well as walking sticks. No mini bar or aircon. ||The big Plus in the Pontresina/Sankt Moritz area is that if you stay 2 nights or more, you get a free pass for all the ski lifts and local buses.||We would definately choose to stay in this hotel again, if we come back to the area. Thank you!

Very nice hotel our double room was very spacious, with a sofa and a separate shower and toilet connected off a hallway. Our daughter's single room was a good size for one person. The Spa and pool were nice. Breakfast was very good, as was dinner at the restaurant.

I booked 6 nights here, very last minute, and I'm so glad I did! The room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable, and the view from the terrace was beautiful. The staff were kind and accommodating. The hiking poles that were available to use each day were a nice treat and allowed me to not have to check a bag on the plane. The pool was lovely and warm (although a hot tub would be a nice addition!). Breakfast was quite good, but I got tired of it after a couple of days--freshly baked waffles or pastries would help liven it up. I should note that there is a construction site right across the street, which definitely impacts the ambiance. (The construction doesn't go on during weekends, but they do work later on weekdays than in the US.) I hope for the hotel's and future guests' sake that they finish up before too long! I hope to return to Pontresina, and will definitely consider staying at Hotel Rosatsch again.
