The hotel has a beautiful location and stunning views, but unfortunately, the service is far below acceptable standards. I had a terrible experience with the staff and cannot recommend staying here.
1. Breakfast Policy: The staff actually monitored my plate during breakfast and told me I could only have one egg. When I took two, I was confronted and asked to return one. I’ve never experienced such stingy and awkward service in any hotel. Next day, no eggs after 9 am.
2. Room Issues: I checked in at night and noticed the cupboard door was broken. The next morning, I reported it to the receptionist, but instead of addressing the issue, the staff became defensive and interrogated me about why I didn’t report it at night. The room had no phone, and I was staying on a different level from the reception desk—reporting it in the morning should be normal. The staff’s attitude was rude and unprofessional.
Good thing was cupboard door fixed in the afternoon.
3. Food-Warming Request: I asked if my food could be warmed, but the receptionist told me to ask the restaurant staff. When I did, the response was a rude “NO NO NO,” in a harsh tone.
Despite the picturesque surroundings, this hotel lacks even the most basic elements of hospitality. The staff desperately need training in customer service.
