Hotel Restaurant Waldhaus am See

I stayed at this property for 4 days with my parents. We stayed in family room with a lake view. I had the best good night sleep here. The mattress were so comfortable that all 4 nights we slept like babies. And once you get up in morning breath taking views of lake awaits you. |Hotel service is five star. The staff at the reception is very warm and friendly. We were welcome by Rita and she made feel like we were at home. The hotel provides free shuttle service to railway station. ||Breakfast spread was huge. When I requested chef even prepared omelet with lots of veggies for me. ||They have very good spa with sauna jacuzzi and what not. ||And the best part is its largest whiskey collection. I had the best whiskey here.

The staff attention was over the top! Try the spa. It was an unexpected treat! Outstanding view of the lake. It’s a climb up a hill to get there which is fine if you expect it. The food was very good. Highly recommend if you are staying in the area.

This place hosts my all-time favourite whisky bar. As a nice "bonus" you also have quality food, perfect service and a unique view over the lake. Correct pricing. Not on the cheap side but extremely generous. You get a lot for your money and you leave with unique memories.

First off it says it’s a 3 star hotel. It is not. It is a 4.5 star hotel without a doubt!!! And the staff make it feel VIP for they are so lovely! All the ladies at the front desk, the sweet breakfast woman too! |The hotel itself is something else- just wait until you see the view!!!! Just WoW! It’s like 3 min from the train station and they have a shuttle to take you. Our room was full of wood like a cabin feel, so nice, with a beautiful modern bathroom. It was simple super cozy, kind of perfectly romantic for New Years Eve while it snowed huge snowflakes outside. For a longer stay I’d splurge for a bigger room but for one night it was perfect! The view of the Grace hotel lit up, the NYE fireworks, and the lake off the balcony was just awesome (room 408). |The whisky bar is incredible and the fact you can smoke a cigar inside there is fantastic!

The view from our room was absolutely INCREDIBLE and picturesque! We were only there one night, as a stop over on the way to Italy. I wish we could've stayed longer.||The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was one of the best we had during our entire 14 day trip.||Our room was clean and cozy, the beds were extremely comfortable. Had we been there longer, we would've opted for a larger room. We slept with our window open and had the best night of sleep!|There are many hotels to choose from, however we would definitely stay here again.

A charming, comfortable great value hotel overlooking the lake at St Moritz. Scrupulously clean cosy rooms, great food, delightful staff and a spectacular view. I only stayed one night, I would have loved to stay for much longer. I hope to return someday.

The best views and the thumbs up for hospitality. The whisky bar and Alexandre the bar man is the icing on the cake . Not a cheap place to stay but the food, views and warm helpful staff make it worth every penny spent . And you take home beautiful memories .
