Hotel Reutemann-Seegarten

I stayed here in 2022 and was eager to return. However, service seems to be slipping. Last time all the staff were customer focused, eager to assist. Rooms had mini bars. ||This stay - not so much. We had a waiter who didn’t know the menu yet he had been there a couple months. He bumped into me while setting a plate down. Never had that before at any restaurant. The restaurant manager didn’t seem too eager to listen to my comments. (Truly I was not a Karen, I was letting him know because you can’t fix things you don’t know about). |The rooms are very nice. Bedding is great. Mini fridge is there but no snacks or wine. You can’t just relax before dinner unless you go to a store and pick up things for yourself. |Not worth the price this time.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Bit of a walk for breakfast (to the bayerischer Hof as all 3 Hotels here are connected) because their in-house breakfast place is shut on weekends. However staff extremely polite and courteous. Rooms spotless. I can highly recommend and wouldn’t have a problem going back here.

Amazing setting on the prom of Lake Constance. Our room was lovely with a balcony with the beautiful view. A good restaurant/bar out the front of the hotel where we had drinks and delcious apple strudel. Breakfast the next morning was also excellent. Our only little gripe was when we checked in at the Hotel Reutemann we were told our room was in Hotel Seegarten next door. It was not explained that the hotels are connected by an internal corridor and clear instructions of how to get to our room were not explained. We went on our merrily little way out the front of the hotel turned right on the prom to the Seegarten Hotel however there was no entrance there. We then saw a member of staff who was of no help and seemed to direct us futher along the prom. We ended up at the other hotel in the group who then directed us down the back street back to Hotel Reutemann reception ! Not great as my husband was on crutches. Other than this blip it was a lovely stay.

this hotel has an excellent location. While having breakfast on the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake. the rooms are spacious and clean. I'll be happy to come back here again.

We always stay in Lindau when traveling to Europe as we love the place. Only staying one night with my friends, we weren't able to stay in the hotel we usually stay at and so tried this place. It is related to the Bayerisch Hof next door where my parents have stayed many a time. It is pricey, I will say that but it is very, very nice. Reception was friendly and courteous and helpful. The rooms were large and comfortable and clean. The balcony over-looking the harbor and the lighthouse was great. Breakfast was fantastic, one of the best we had on our whole trip. Overall this is a great a place to stay when in Lindau with a great location and easy walking access to everything. They even have their own parking garage. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is actually three hotels side by side. When we made the reservation we thought we were reserving at the Bayerischer but it turned out to be the Reutemann which everyone refers to as the Seegarten. The sign above the entrance is Reutemann. If you are now confused then join the club. The best approach to these hotels is to head to the train station, turn left and go ahead and park in the garage or the gated lot. Press the button and give them your name and they will open the gate. From here you can go back to the street you drove in on and checkin down the street across from the bicycle shop. We opted for a room with a view of the lake. We did get a view of the lake however, there was a large tree that blocked most of our view. The hotel was nice and the breakfast was well stocked and the service was very good. The room was spacious with two chairs, a fridge, separate bath with shower. The hotel was convenient to several restaurants in the area. We thought the rate and the 28 euros for parking was somewhat overpriced for the quality of the lodging.

Our room in the Hotel Reutemann was so great - large, beautiful balcony overlooking the lake and the pool. The location is super - on the lake in the heart of Lindau and with (paid) private parking! The room was large, with all the conveniences, and super comfortable and quiet. The hotel has an indoor pool also, which we used as the weather was unusually poor for August the 2 days we were there. The indoor pool was a bit cold, but nice to refresh and relax after site seeing. Breakfast was very good - a lot of choices including eggs made to order. I am sad the weather didn't cooperate for our visit to Bodensee, but if/when I go back, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I have to say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the incredible location. Situated right in the heart of the city, this hotel is close to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. But the location is just the beginning of what makes this hotel so incredible. The customer service is truly outstanding. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the front desk to housekeeping, every person I encountered was a pleasure to speak with and always happy to help. And let's talk about the rooms. They are simply stunning. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the room, from the comfortable bed to the luxurious linens and modern amenities. The room was immaculately clean, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the coffee maker, complimentary toiletries, and plenty of storage space. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The location, customer service, and high-quality rooms make it the perfect choice for any traveler. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable and enjoyable. I will definitely be back!
