Hotel Rezydent

As an ALL Accor member, I appreciate when my loyalty is recognized and rewarded. The room was like new: beautiful, bright and spacious with a great view. The location is great close to the SKM station, the main street, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The pier and the beach are a 10 minutes’ walk away. The breakfast was tasty, and I love it when you have a nice buffet which is complimented by an a la carte menu with extra choices. Everybody was friendly. A very good price/quality ratio.

We had a 2 night stay here last weekend. We came bay train from Gdańsk airport which takes about half an hour which one change. |The hotel is in a great location close to both the station and the Main Street. |Check in was smooth we were in 207 a very nice room on the second floor. Everything very clean. Housekeeping do a great job.|Nice bathroom with l’occitaine toiletries. There were also robes and slippers.|The bed was a little firm but nice king size.|There was usual tv, mini bar, a kettle for making drinks. |We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food .|I would be happy to stay here again.

My stay in this hotel was wonderful! I love the color combinations in the rooms. The front desk was absolutely lovely, breakfasts were delicious and toiletries were from a luxurious brand L’Occitane. I felt well taken care of. Also the location were a 10!

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. Their professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident in every interaction. I appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and the high standard of service provided

We really enjoyed our stay in this classy centrally located hotel. We loved the breakfast and the design of the hotel. Room was spacious and bright. Being a family with two small kids, there could have been more children-friendly features (e.g kids room, sofa bed not prepared / made up when we arrived but fixed shortly thereafter etc) and the aircondition could have been somewhat better (although it got better in late evenings). We also missed a gym at the hotel (only SPA). But the central location, the room quality and the breakfast made this a very good stay.

The hotel is beautiful but even though well equiped, rooms are not spacious. However, recently in the hotel's restaurant I had the best desert ever. My two favourites; cheesecake and brownie - made as one. Overall the restaurant, staff and food was up to high standard. I can definitely recommend this place if you want to try something delicious and with class.

Everything about the hotel was excellent, from the breakfast every morning (that was included in our stay), the central location, and the lovely rooms in the first floor. Members of our group used the spa facilities and were very happy. But our 406 room was awful. It seemed to have been built in the attic, with sloping ceilings, a tiny shower you could not turn around in, a coffee center under a sloping ceiling, the TV with in 3 inches of the bed, and cooling vents under the curtains. The second night we propped open the curtains to lift them off the vents so some cool air could come in the room at night. Needles to say, this was a very small, terribly designed room for anyone at any age!!!

This comment for their restaurant: We were hoping to enjoy a nice meal before the opera festival, but thanks to this place, we ended up staying hungry. My wife ordered the Viennese-style schnitzel, but the meat was very dry and tough, and the oil used was so heavy it burned the throat. The potatoes served on the side hadn’t even been properly cleaned — they were sautéed with visible dirt still on them. We wanted to send the dish back, and the waiter said, “Let me check,” but I told them there was no need — we simply wouldn’t eat it, so just take it away. The fish and chips were decent, though definitely overpriced. We also ordered soup to start, assuming they would split it into two bowls since we were sharing — they didn’t, but we let that slide. Unfortunately, the soup was disappointing as well. It was meat broth with ravioli, but the meat inside had an unpleasant, strong smell. When we asked for the bill, a service charge had been added. I asked, “For what service?” and was told, “We showed goodwill by cancelling your meal.” I didn’t want to escalate things further, especially with my pregnant wife feeling upset, so we paid and left. Zero service, zero flavour. Would not recommend.
