Hotel Rezydent

We really enjoyed our stay in this classy centrally located hotel. We loved the breakfast and the design of the hotel. Room was spacious and bright. Being a family with two small kids, there could have been more children-friendly features (e.g kids room, sofa bed not prepared / made up when we arrived but fixed shortly thereafter etc) and the aircondition could have been somewhat better (although it got better in late evenings). We also missed a gym at the hotel (only SPA). But the central location, the room quality and the breakfast made this a very good stay.

I’ve stayed at Hotel Rezydent twice now and both times I’ve had an amazing experience. The breakfast served was delicious and had a lot of variety to chose from. Both rooms I’ve had were to the highest standards, clean, spacious and very comfortable. The staff were also extremely friendly and made the experience even better. The location of the hotel is in the heart of Sopot with many things to do around so I’d say it’s the perfect location for both exploring and relaxation. I will definitely be coming again and I recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing spot in Sopot!

The hotel is beautiful but even though well equiped, rooms are not spacious. However, recently in the hotel's restaurant I had the best desert ever. My two favourites; cheesecake and brownie - made as one. Overall the restaurant, staff and food was up to high standard. I can definitely recommend this place if you want to try something delicious and with class.

This comment for their restaurant: We were hoping to enjoy a nice meal before the opera festival, but thanks to this place, we ended up staying hungry. My wife ordered the Viennese-style schnitzel, but the meat was very dry and tough, and the oil used was so heavy it burned the throat. The potatoes served on the side hadn’t even been properly cleaned — they were sautéed with visible dirt still on them. We wanted to send the dish back, and the waiter said, “Let me check,” but I told them there was no need — we simply wouldn’t eat it, so just take it away. The fish and chips were decent, though definitely overpriced. We also ordered soup to start, assuming they would split it into two bowls since we were sharing — they didn’t, but we let that slide. Unfortunately, the soup was disappointing as well. It was meat broth with ravioli, but the meat inside had an unpleasant, strong smell. When we asked for the bill, a service charge had been added. I asked, “For what service?” and was told, “We showed goodwill by cancelling your meal.” I didn’t want to escalate things further, especially with my pregnant wife feeling upset, so we paid and left. Zero service, zero flavour. Would not recommend.

We were very happy with our choice to stay at Rezydent Hotel. It is well located, at the end of the Monte Casino street, 10 minutes walk to the Molo, and basically right next to the train station. Good services, welcoming atmosphere, big enough rooms, perfect condition. Breakfast is top level and comfortability is guaranteed. We can definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was a very nice place to stay. It felt warm and comfortable from the start. The staff were kind and helpful, and the rooms were cozy and clean. It’s a great place. I would love to come back!

We spent a few nights as well as organised a wedding here. Staff is extremely professional and pleasant to deal with (Thank you Klaudia! You deserve a raise!). The hotel itself is charming, especially compared to most modern hotels. We could tell a lot of effort was put into every detail here. The location is great as well. Stores, clubs, train station, restaurants and popular fast food spots (even the church we got married at) all in less than 10 minute walk away, mostly less than 5. Best Hotel in Sopot.

Over rate hotel and worst value. |We paid £300 for the Deluxe Premium room which on the top floor about 25m2 without full ceiling (only 12m2 area of the room with proper ceiling, the rest it just weird column and corners)|Check in was 15' waiting to speak to the only reception on duty. We booked room late so we have to wait 15' again for the housekeeper to set up our child bed. ||The bathroom was small and no shower curtain so water all over the floor. |The room style was old and outdated and nothing luxury about this hotel to justify charging this rate (I would say if you want to make the style real old then please focus on real ceramic bath instead of plastic bath)|Breakfast was good, thanks God. |Reception during the day was good, especially Maresk who promptly informed us that we forgot a bag after we checked out. |Parking is 20m away and cost £18- I would happy to pay for valet parking with this rate. |The room was smell old and please don't visit this hotel in summer if you want a proper aircon room.|I have been to fee MGallery hotels in my life and I would say this is the worst expensive hotel I ever stay. |Don't make the same mistake as me.
