Hotel Rezydent

I had a thoroughly pleasant stay at this hotel in Poland. The accommodation was comfortable, well presented, and impeccably maintained. The staff were courteous and professional throughout my visit. The food was particularly noteworthy—excellent in both quality and variety. Overall, a very high standard of service, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent hotel in the center of town. It's right by the train station to Gdansk. It is a walk to the beach. The room is elegant and spacious with high ceilings. The bed is comfortable. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you Zbigniew and Emilia for all the help!

As an ALL Accor member, I appreciate when my loyalty is recognized and rewarded. The room was like new: beautiful, bright and spacious with a great view. The location is great close to the SKM station, the main street, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The pier and the beach are a 10 minutes’ walk away. The breakfast was tasty, and I love it when you have a nice buffet which is complimented by an a la carte menu with extra choices. Everybody was friendly. A very good price/quality ratio.

I had a wonderful pre-Christmas stay here in a very pleasant atmosphere. I recommend it. You can hear trains slightly because the hotel is next to the station, but earplugs helped me sleep peacefully. The bathrooms are a bit small, but overall my impression is positive.

Over the past 12 months, I have stayed at this hotel six times, and each time has been equally perfect. Excellent service (especially from Mr Zbigniew and Ms Monika), always willing to help or chat. I mainly come here on business, often with my wife and cat. The customer service is top notch. I stay at Accor hotels about 100 nights a year, and this one is definitely among the best.

Rezydent is a highly rated hotel — its location is excellent: near the train station, the Monte Cassino pedestrian street and the beach, so everything is within easy reach.  Rooms are well-kept, beds comfortable, and the staff polite and helpful.  The hotel offers amenities such as spa/sauna, breakfast, elevator and even pet-friendly options.  A downside might be noise from the surroundings or some rooms with less appealing views — which could be important if you value quiet.  Overall — I recommend it, especially if you want to stay close to the center and the beach.

We had a 2 night stay here last weekend. We came bay train from Gdańsk airport which takes about half an hour which one change. |The hotel is in a great location close to both the station and the Main Street. |Check in was smooth we were in 207 a very nice room on the second floor. Everything very clean. Housekeeping do a great job.|Nice bathroom with l’occitaine toiletries. There were also robes and slippers.|The bed was a little firm but nice king size.|There was usual tv, mini bar, a kettle for making drinks. |We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food .|I would be happy to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this classy centrally located hotel. We loved the breakfast and the design of the hotel. Room was spacious and bright. Being a family with two small kids, there could have been more children-friendly features (e.g kids room, sofa bed not prepared / made up when we arrived but fixed shortly thereafter etc) and the aircondition could have been somewhat better (although it got better in late evenings). We also missed a gym at the hotel (only SPA). But the central location, the room quality and the breakfast made this a very good stay.
