After coming here last year with our young boy we decided to come again as we knew what to expect. Will be making the same choice next year now after another great trip!||Staff all great, friendly and welcoming, special mention to the staff on reception who were superb everytime we went up!||This hotel is spotless - the staff all work hard in the mornings to get the place so clean and tidy and they certainly take pride in their work. The standards are maintained throughout the hotel and the rooms are given the same treatment.||The pool was a lot warmer than last time, although we came nearly 3 weeks later this year, which maybe gave them chance to warm up abit, it defiantly made the difference! There’s a splash pad, a small pool with 2 small slides (still cooler in the mornings) and the main pool with a jacuzzi on the side.||The rooms are a decent size, nice balcony and comfy beds. The TV is good, especially having YouTube makes a difference. The bathroom is big, the shower is amazing, probably the best if had in a hotel. The only downfall is the shower tray lets the water over the top and seems to flood the bathroom, we had to keep a towel on the floor as we were worried it was going to flood.||The food was nice too, if you’re a fussy eater you’ll still find something to eat, we mainly did breakfast and dinner, but did lunch a couple of times and the food was pretty similar. At lunch/dinner there was always rice, chips and a paella of some sort. Salads bread, cold meats, cheeses and then deserts. You’ll always find something to eat.||The bar was abit hectic, always seemed to be a big que, pint of san Miguel was around €4, as was the wine and sangria. They also had Stella on draft and bottles of ciders and beers.||There’s 3 small shops local to the hotel, and a supermarket no more than 5 minutes away. I found the shop directly opposite to be a lot dearer than the 2 smaller shops going down the hill on the right . The supermarket up the hill was good to get bulk water and more niche things.||My only negative of this hotel are the lifts, they take an age to come, and when they do arrive they normally had people already in it, especially annoying as there are lifts that aren’t moving when you’ve pressed the button that must be empty. This was to the annoyance of nearly everyone we spoke to.||Also seen reviews about it being on a hill, honestly, it’s not a hill at all, a slight incline maybe but certainly not a hill!||We’re already looking at booking for next year, and we had lots of conversations with other repeat customers who had been coming time and time again, so clearly this place is doing something right!

Nice clean hotel, staff are friendly. The food is nice. The only thing I would fault is the kids entertainment isn't very clear. It's on a board in the reception, but sometimes it's held at different locations. Not enough to drop a star. Would definitely come back. Rooms get 4/5 because there are no double beds, but 2 singles are pushed together. Also, just be wary. This is another hotel where you pay for all inclusive however there are hidden charges if you want "premium" brands... but this seems to be standard practice. Even at 5 star hotels

We stayed here at part of a 7 night stay, with a friend, having had such an enjoyable experience of the RH Victoria (located across the road from the RH Princesa) in June 2024.||Everything about this hotel was very good, from the friendliness and efficiency of all the hotel team, to the food and the quality of the room. ||We were assigned room 1316, a rather unique room with a semi enclosed balcony, which still offered some very nice views over to Poniente beach. We were allocated some additional treats having been assigned this non-conventional style of room. It was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Air-con and shower both excellent. Nice amenities.||This hotel absolutely caters more for families than its neighbour the RH Victoria. Having travelled as an adult only group, I definitely felt the RH Victoria a more popular choice for adults wanting a quieter and more relaxed vibe. ||A good hotel though, and would absolutely recommend.

The staff in the hotel are absolutely fantastic. They looked after our group from the minute we walked through the door to the minute I left to come home. The hotel is clean, the rooms are nice, drinks very reasonably priced for a hotel. Food was good with loads of options. I had a corner room which has a restricted balcony and it seemed to mean I had a gift room as a result and little hotel themed gifts were left every day which ranged from free drink vouchers, sun hat and sunglasses and tote bag. Very thoughtful touch!

Fabulous holiday. 3rd time visiting this hotel. Convenient location for both the Old and New Town. Slight slope towards the hotel not a problem for us. There is an army of cleaners who work all day to make sure that both the rooms and communal areas are emaculate. Rooms very comfortable with small fridge and hairdryer. Stay was all inclusive and we were happy with what we got. We had, unbranded alcohol, standard pint of larger is San Megel. (You can upgrade to gold all inclusive for I think €8 a day and have branded stuff) Breakfast 8 - 10.30. Lunch 1 - 3. Dinner 7 - 9.30. Good choice of fresh food to choose from. Spicy stuff on the mild side, but they are catering for all tastes. Make your own ice cream machine available for children and chocolate fountain one night. Snacks available throughout the day include hotdogs, burgers, fries and toasties. Main pool busy but always managed to get a sunbed. Children have there own pool; trampolines, carting, football enclosure and games room ( pool table, ping-pong and some arcade games). Used the small indoor spa pool on a few days, it was always quite and had a jacuzzi ( you do need a swim cap but can get 1 for €3 if you need). Entertainment in the evening ok, children had a great time. We often went out for a walk on the sea front. BIG SHOUT OUT TO ALL THE STAFF🏆. They are friendly and helpful. They made 1 little girls 4th birthday extra special by singing Happy Birthday to her during dinner. They are like a well oiled machine working together to make our holidays super special. |Can't wait to go back.

Dont usually write a review till I get home, but so disappointed with staff in restaurant 4 of us in party including 2 grandkids. Explained at the beginning 1 of the children as autism and he likes to sit near the window as it calms him. Told male restaurant manager who was fine with this but every time we come in it’s the same thing we are told can’t sit there it’s for 5 or 6 every time we explain we spoke to manager and it’s ok, they continue to say we can’t and we tell them another 3 times before they snatch the extra placing off the table, I don’t think they realise this as put a real dampener on the whole experience of the hotel and sets you up to start the day off badly, I know what pressure they are under as I work in a hotel in Manchester uk thanks we are in room 412 at the moment

2nd time booking with this hotel through Jet2 and never had any problems.|Great location with friendly and helpful staff throughout.Checking in was swift with €10 deposit for the safe (why others charge i will never understand).|Rooms are adequate and are cleaned daily and much appreciated is daily clean towels, thanks Princesa.|Restaraunt is a good size and caters for all, i am a fussy eater and always found something to eat.Staff will happily cook bacon to your preference in morning.Only negative i found is that sometimes food items are not labelled but this was not a regular occurrence.Snack van outside at pool area is very handy if you just want to lay and melt in the sun without heading to dining room for lunch.Pool is big enough for beginning of June, peak times it may get busy but note that under 13's are not allowed in the small jacuzzi directly next to it, theres a kids area behind the main hotel with small slides and a wading area for toddlers, pretty much covered all bases.|One thing i did notice this year was the queues in the morning for sun loungers, this wasn't a thing last year, guests putting towels down over a number of loungers then disappearing, thats annoying for folk that want to actually lounge there and then.|If you fancy eating out there is only a 5 minute walk to restaraunts and a further 10 minutes gets you to the beach.|Bar at night can get a tad busy with queues but staff will help as fast as they can, Martin in particular has a naughty side as one of our party asked for a small beer and he literally sent "a small" beer to our table 🤣, cheers Martin.|All inclusive can be upgraded, didn't know that as we paid for all inclusive but there is another level that gets you a number of different drinks, not worth it imo as it is expensive.|The bands you get are annoying as they do catch the skin while showering and sleeping, even though you wear these the staff still ask for your room card when ordering anything or check in at restaraunt, dont see point in them really.|Overall, great hotel and we will be back.
