Had a fantastic week's stay at this hotel recommended to us by our travel agent. The room was clean and spacious with a massive bed. Lovely Andrea prepared our room for us every day while we had our breakfast. We were intending to have breakfast in cafes outside but the range and selection of breakfast options changed our minds. Our host, Martina was charming and friendly. Location of the hotel for us was perfect- right in the shopping centre and close to the old town. We were lucky not to have a room overlooking the street which might have been noisy. Hotel staff including receptionists very friendly and indulged me in my developing Spanish language skills. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

A truly excellent hotel. Well located with modern rooms and a pleasant breakfast room with view over the pedestrian area below. I was fortunate to have a 6th floor room facing the inner courtyard which was so quiet. Breakfast was ample with the usual variety of hot and cold and was available until 11am which meant I could have a leisurely start to the day. All members of staff I came in contact with were very professional and pleasant. A few hours after checking out of the hotel I realised I had left my Ittravel adaptor in the wall of my room. The receptionist very kindly helped me to locate it whilst being respectful of the new occupant of the room. I was very grateful as I needed it to charge my phone before heading to the airport.|I totally recommend this hotel.

Absolutely lovely hotel, definitely felt more than 3 stars. I've been in higher rated star hotels but this one was far superior. Ideal location, one street away from valencia Nord station and metro (but was closed due to the recent awful floods while we stayed there), with lots of lovely restaurants around. Service from staff was excellent, breakfast more continental style with some hot food like eggs, but was very tasty and enough options I felt for most people, all you'd need to set you up for the day. Impressive room with huge balcony, walk in shower with excellent water pressure, coffee machine, free water tap in the restaurant could use to get cold filtered water. Very clean. Gem of a hotel. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family who also want to visit valencia. Fantastic value for money.

Vallencia is. the last city of our 3 week Euro trip and we booked the RH Sorolla Centra Hotel. This hotel looks directly over a busy part of the Old Town, but it isn't bad in the room when you close the windows. ||Our experience here has been great! We checked in early and had to store our luggage until the room was ready - I lost the locker key - and they said it was no problem at all - no extra cost. They spent time with us booking us in - giving us a map and tips and said to come and ask for help with anything we need. ||Adrian at the front desk is amazing! SO kind and patient and very helpful.||We had a little balcony overlooking the square and enjoyed a drink before going out - watching the people and taking in the atmosphere. ||We would highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast is good, the rooms are good and the staff is really nice. Great way to end the trip! Thank you!

We stayed for 6 nights at the end of September/start of October in a “Deluxe with terrace” room on the 7th floor. The hotel far exceeded our expectations. Despite being a 3-star hotel with lower prices than nearby options, it was anything but basic. Our room was ready early, and the reception staff, who spoke perfect English, were lovely. The location was excellent, situated on a vibrant street in the old town, just a 3-minute walk to a metro station with direct access to the airport. The room was spacious with a large terrace, walk-in rain shower, double sinks, fridge, safe, TV, and coffee machine. A nice touch was the glass bottle for filling with cold water from a cooler. Breakfast was a tasty buffet with a generous time window, perfect for late risers. Check-out was quick, and the left luggage service was the best we’ve experienced. The only downside was the lack of plugs on both sides of the bed (but we say that about every hotel). If we return to Valencia, we will definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends and family.

Room size was fair and it was clean. Had a double room with small but enjoyable balcony. Even if the room was facing on a street with bar and restaurants it was quiet and silent when the windows were closed. Bathroom size was ok. Perfect position to walk around and enjoy the old city center and very close to underground station with direct connection to the airport. Staff was kind and willing to support (our check in was planned at 16:00 but entitled to access the room earlier). Recommended. We did not enjoy breakfast at the hotel

I stayed here for one night and everything was great, the hotel is clean, well appointed, close to everything, my room was on the 7th floor, facing the inner wall but this didn’t bother me as it was very quiet, I had a great night sleep. The nespresso machine in my room was a lovely touch, I had a bathrobe and slippers to use, great shower pressure, clean spacious bathroom, this kind of amenities you would see in a 4* star hotel in the UK. I would stay again.

Excellent hotel in the centre of Valencia. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. My single room was very quiet. Bathroom had an amazing power shower!! Staff on reception were very helpful in particular Lidia, who dealt with a query I had during my stay. Very close to the metro and 20 mins to the airport. Would definitely stay here again should I return to Valencia.
