Hotel RH Victoria & Spa

Excellent staff throughout the hotel, affordable drinks and wonderful outside seating area to enjoy a drink with attentive staff when you need them. Restaurant food was well presented and very tasty. Pool was smallish, but it was never very busy when we visited. There was always sunbeds available. Position of hotel was great for walking into the old town as well as easy to walk to the beach. We would use this hotel again and highly recommend it.

We had an amazing stay at the RH Victoria and can honestly say it's one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in in 50 years of world travel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, helpful, enthusiastic and happy which makes all the difference. The food was excellent, fresh and beautifully presented with a great and varied selection. Lovely wine and beers served by the staff as well as good coffee. Even sugar free foods available which was great for people like me with diabetes. Pool was small but clean and adequate with tasty snacks and drinks available. Great central location, a short walk to the beach and old town. Our bathroom was a bit dated but that didn't matter as the room was spotless and most importantly had the most amazing panoramic view of Benidorm from the 16th floor. |5 stars from us and highly recommend and suggest people ignore any negative reviews.

We had a 7 night half board stay here recently. For the price I highly recommend this hotel, the location is perfect, couple minutes from the beach and restaurants. The room was nice, clean and fairly spacious - but the bathroom decor (yellow and blue) let it down slightly, and the fact that the floor when we arrived had a fair bit of sand all over it from the previous occupiers. The food selection at breakfast and dinner was very good, fresh salad and well cooked meats - sometimes it got a bit samey but it’s usually the case at these type of hotels. Service was really great, especially in the bars and restaurants, and the live performances and acts they showcase in the main bar were fantastic! The poolside entertainment was also very good. We had a slight issue one night trying to book a taxi after being told it’d be no issue, we were then told that there were none available and the man on reception did little to offer alternatives. I would stay here again nonetheless, and would recommend to families.

The hotel is a lovely place to stay. I’m still here but It’s a shame i have to leave. I came here for mu birthday and gay pride.|I stay at the hotel every year and i wouldn’t go any where else. It’s well located near to the town centre and the beach is so close. The rooms are nice and clean and they are very spacious with a lovely view of the sea.|I was welcomed by the reception staff when i arrived.|There was so much choice of food, which was lovely. The bar staff are also a joy to be around no faults and if i needed anything due to me being type 1 diabetic they was there to help well every member of staff did.|The staff are very friendly and kind and if you need anything they will help in every way. All the staff in the restaurant were so nice and served anything you needed. The cleaners also help in any way they can.|I would recommend the Hotel RH Victoria.|You will enjoy every minute of your stay.|Thank you to every member of the staff once again i felt most welcomed and i shall return next September for my birthday and gay pride.

Jst back from an 11 night stay at the RH Victoria and had the best time ever. Amazing hotel. Great food and staff. Especially Raul, Alicia, and Paquita in the restarant, although all were super friendly!! Barstaff too, who remembered what you drank, and fetched it outside to your table of an evening, where the entertainment was. 10 minute stroll to the old town, and 20 minutes the other way, to the strip. Taxi to the strip was about 7 euros. Thinking of booking again for next August. Highly recommend 👌

This hotel is a lovely hotel, spotless clean too. It’s not really easy for people using a wheelchair. There are three rather small lifts. The middle one will only hold a wheelchair and one other person at a squeeze. The other two lifts will only take the person in their wheelchair. The downside is that at mealtimes you may have to wait about twenty minutes to get an empty lift. The food I’m sad to say is very inadequate and actually of poor quality and very much choice. The first night we arrived and were in the restaurant at 7.30pm. You would think that the food should be hot, no chance. The soup was tepid and totally tasteless. The roast beef was not much better. You would expect that would be hot, no, most of the meals were tepid. The next night it was supposed to be chicken noodle soup. That soup was hot but tasteless and not much chicken and not a noodle to be found. That same night they had cold undercooked Monk fish. It has been dreadful so far. I did make a complaint to the restaurant maitre de! We will see what happens tonight. Needless to say I don’t think we will be coming back to the hotel RH VICTORIA!

The family room was spacious with 2 double beds and one single for only 4 people. Food was great with a good variety of vegetarian options as well. The view from the top floor was decent and you could see the entire coastline alongside the other hotels. Service was faultless, and staff were very attentive and happy to help if needed.

Spend a week here with my 12 year old son. Overal hotel is good. Staff is fantastic, always eager to please. HUGE thank you to Spanish Viking Kike, Oriel, Alberto , Lia and all the rest. San Miguel, tequila was top notch. People really know how to engage with kids/adults and how to make stay pleasant. I personally don't get all the "issues" about the food. Plenty of variety, always fresh, no funny smells etc. Rooms are spacious with fantastic views and cleaned daily. Few things that I wasn't too keen on : "All inclusive" concept is rather confusing. It's very unclear what you can and can't have with different colour bands. Pool is on a smaller side , and is definitely not what you see on all the pictures. Last bit is lifts.... and all the waiting. If you have no patience, or over 20 stone, this place is not for you. Would definitely go back for a short break to party in Benidorm, but not for a long family holiday.
