We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Hotel staff is very nice, they welcome you with a smile on their faces even if you arrive at the late hours of the night. Food is so tasty and varied. The pool is quite small but clean and the pool bar serves water, local beer, which is quite tasty, and a few types of icecream. The beach is not very far and the walk to there is pleasant. The sand is perfect and sea entry is smooth, perfect for small children. The hotel has even a book corner, which was a pleasant surprise for us, especially when we had to wait for our transfer car for a few hours. The restaurant personel is cheerful.

stayed here july 2025||1st impressions very good. the double room was good, the single room was poor, toilet would constantly run even through the night, cockroch on the balcony & a bugs in the hallway. lifts are a joke, always broke down or you wait 10 minutes. pool very good and pool bar is good. restaurant is frezzing, we had to put a jacket on. food very poor, the soup literally had no flavor, burgers raw, rice freezing, ect. breakfast was good but you can't go wrong with sausages, bacon, eggs & beans. female bar staff are so rude, my daughter asked for snack choices at 10.30 pm, as we were all inclusive, she was told olives, then the bar lady said something is spanish to a bar staff member, they then looked at my daughter and said PUTA, if i heard that i would have flew over the bar at her. do not ask for directions, reception are useless, they couldn't even phone me a taxi. i spent £4000 all inclusive yet when we got there we was given the blue band, you then need to upgrade again to the gold strip to get FULL all inclusive. entertainment is to laid back, we was allowed to use the rh royal for bar, pool & shows so we was at the royal every night as way more friendly and way better shows. i didn't take photos, i took videos instead, but i can't upload videos on here.||all in all very poor hotel & staff. we will never go back to the rh victoria

Fantastic Hotel ||This hotel was fantastic! It’s located about a 6–8 minute walk from the beach, and along the way you’ll pass many shops and fast-food restaurants. Once at the beach, you can rent an umbrella and sunbeds — for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella, the cost is €18.||We stayed all-inclusive, so we enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food was delicious, and every day there was something new on the menu. Drinks were served by waiters — you just need to ask.||Cleaning was done every day, so the room was always spotless. Our room was very spacious, with 2 large beds that could comfortably sleep 4–5 people. The fridge only had water, but towels were provided in the bathroom and also available when visiting the spa. All rooms were renovated in 2020, so everything feels fresh and new.||The hotel looks great from the outside, but even better inside. The staff were pleasant, helpful, and kind — especially Mr. Marko at the reception, who helped me find my card holder. That was very kind of him, and I really appreciate it.||I truly hope to visit Benidorm again, and if that happens, I’ll definitely be staying at this hotel!

Spend a week here with my 12 year old son. Overal hotel is good. Staff is fantastic, always eager to please. HUGE thank you to Spanish Viking Kike, Oriel, Alberto , Lia and all the rest. San Miguel, tequila was top notch. People really know how to engage with kids/adults and how to make stay pleasant. I personally don't get all the "issues" about the food. Plenty of variety, always fresh, no funny smells etc. Rooms are spacious with fantastic views and cleaned daily. Few things that I wasn't too keen on : "All inclusive" concept is rather confusing. It's very unclear what you can and can't have with different colour bands. Pool is on a smaller side , and is definitely not what you see on all the pictures. Last bit is lifts.... and all the waiting. If you have no patience, or over 20 stone, this place is not for you. Would definitely go back for a short break to party in Benidorm, but not for a long family holiday.

We had an amazing stay at the RH Victoria and can honestly say it's one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in in 50 years of world travel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, helpful, enthusiastic and happy which makes all the difference. The food was excellent, fresh and beautifully presented with a great and varied selection. Lovely wine and beers served by the staff as well as good coffee. Even sugar free foods available which was great for people like me with diabetes. Pool was small but clean and adequate with tasty snacks and drinks available. Great central location, a short walk to the beach and old town. Our bathroom was a bit dated but that didn't matter as the room was spotless and most importantly had the most amazing panoramic view of Benidorm from the 16th floor. |5 stars from us and highly recommend and suggest people ignore any negative reviews.

We had a 7 night half board stay here recently. For the price I highly recommend this hotel, the location is perfect, couple minutes from the beach and restaurants. The room was nice, clean and fairly spacious - but the bathroom decor (yellow and blue) let it down slightly, and the fact that the floor when we arrived had a fair bit of sand all over it from the previous occupiers. The food selection at breakfast and dinner was very good, fresh salad and well cooked meats - sometimes it got a bit samey but it’s usually the case at these type of hotels. Service was really great, especially in the bars and restaurants, and the live performances and acts they showcase in the main bar were fantastic! The poolside entertainment was also very good. We had a slight issue one night trying to book a taxi after being told it’d be no issue, we were then told that there were none available and the man on reception did little to offer alternatives. I would stay here again nonetheless, and would recommend to families.

On my last day with my two young adult daughters and although I heard good things about the hotel I was abit apprehensive but shouldn't of been..hotel is in the old town with lots to do ..we stayed away from the main benidorm strip and still had a brilliant holiday.. there's a big street of restaurants and pubs on the next street on and found no need to go to the crazy part of benidorm..fabulous hotel. If I had one gripe and it only being a small one is the lifts can be a pain..pool although small is awesome and the entertainment woman never stops lol.. thoroughly enjoyed my stay

Jst back from an 11 night stay at the RH Victoria and had the best time ever. Amazing hotel. Great food and staff. Especially Raul, Alicia, and Paquita in the restarant, although all were super friendly!! Barstaff too, who remembered what you drank, and fetched it outside to your table of an evening, where the entertainment was. 10 minute stroll to the old town, and 20 minutes the other way, to the strip. Taxi to the strip was about 7 euros. Thinking of booking again for next August. Highly recommend 👌
