Victoria Hotel Rialto

We stayed sat the Hotel Dec 24- Dec 26. The hotel surprised us and gave each guest stockings full of xmas treats and a card. Thank you, Victoria, the manager, for that beautiful surprise. The hotel has great location, clean rooms, the heated floor in the bathroom feels great. The hotel uses l'occitane products, which is really high quality. We were really satisfied. The only detail was we found the walls are not the best when it comes to sound proof between the rooms and the traffic light beeps for crossing coming from the street could be heard every minute during the whole night, despite all windows were closed. Also, if you are driving and need parking in the Hotel, get the information on how/ where to park beforehand. parking is in a buying across the street. Highly recommended.

The location of this hotel is perfect. It's walkable (10 minutes on average) to the best spots downtown. Room is not your 5-star-like hotels but definitely decent for its price. I just hope their parking is on-site but I didn't mind that it is diagonally across the hotel. We will definitely hope to stay here again the next time we visit.

Stayed over the last few days - lovely spot. Room was very comfortable and very clean. Bed was super comfortable. Staff was great, bar was lovely, drinks were amazing! Heated floor in the bathroom was really appreciated on the chilly misty days. Hotel is in a great walkable location to downtown - really enjoyed that. Coffee and Tea downstairs in grab and go style with fresh fruit in the morning is appreciated as well.

Rooms were basic and quite noisy at night. The noise was generated from the hvac system so nothing you can really do. Check in was fine. Service adequate. Location is downtown but pandora and Douglas isn’t the greatest. I’ve stayed at a few places downtown Victoria and I feel like Rialto could lower their prices

I just had a 4 night stay on a girl's trip with my best friend. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with Hotel Rialto. Our reservation was made through a 3rd party which can sometimes cause issues, but check in and check out were seamless. Arlene was absolutely amazing! What a gem of a front desk host - friendly, welcoming, funny and warm. We really enjoyed our interactions with her. She graciously accommodated my request for having a fan sent to the room. Thank-you to your housekeeping department for giving that up for 4 days. Our room was really nice. The beds are so comfortable. We slept very very well. The front desk agent, on the night before departure, helped us with a taxi reservation for very early the next morning which was appreciated. Victoria is a beautiful city and we enjoyed our time there so much ~ everything about Hotel Rialto only made this trip so much more enjoyable for us. Thank you!

Perfect location. Everything is walkable in the downtown area. King suite room is amazing. Extea space in the room is perrfect spot for pre drinks before going out for dinner. Lounge connected to the hotel has great food and drinks. Highly recommended

Jin helped us book a superior king room with a view of the downtown core. The room is modern and well set up with all standard amenities plus l'occitane toiletries, and complimentary cookies. I've never even seen heated floors in a hotel, but the recently renovated bathroom did not disappoint. Colton was very helpful in checking in and ensuring the room had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Clean. Rooms are very very basic. Bathroom Linens could be replaced, they were very worn and rough. No courtesy items in the room so bring your own bottled water! No restaurant on site, bring snacks! Location is good, no parking so be prepared to pay for off site parking.
