Hotel Rialto

First time staying at the lovely Hotel Rialto & was very pleased. Excellent service - ended up with an upgrade to a Queen Suite & I wanted to move right in. 🥰 2 televisions, crown mouldings, delicious short bread cookies, espresso coffee/machine along with cream in fridge & tea with kettle in cabinet. Spacious bathroom with heated floors, lovely toiletries & large tub surround. Excellent temperature controls- not your typical standard, comfy bed & pillows, black out curtains. Very quiet. Will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you so much Hotel Rialto. ❤️

Just had a quick stay here. They were very accommodating and got me in for an early check in with short notice. The room was perfect for my needs. Nice, small, cozy, clean, and comfortable. I noticed some reviess mentioned noise. I'm normally a very light sleeper but fell asleep around 8pm and woke to my 6am alarm. For an insomniac like myself, this was a dream. Keep in my the hotel is right in the heart of downtown. And it looks like they provide ear plugs in the drawers if needed. Though I had no issues personally. The little fridge and microwave were were great for my stay and it was also really nice to make a quick cup of espresso in my room with the cute little Machine provided. When I need more creamers at 630, they were brought up within 2 minutes if requesting. The price was great for the location and amenities. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. Thank you for the stress free and comfortable stay. And a huge thank you for the early check in.

Came to Victoria with my dad for the RVM we got one of the last rooms with only a king bed so the staff was more than happy to arrange for a cot. It was in there when we arrived. The room was clean, the bathroom was huge and even had heated floors! Not much of a view but the room had a nice large window to let in the light during the day. Room was quiet at night while we slept which was so important for us. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all our questions. Coffee in the morning in the lobby was delicious. Location was perfect, within walking distance to everything downtown Victoria. Would stay again.

I've stayed at the Rialto twice. This past December, I needed a room in Victoria due to an early appointment in the city the following morning. I like the convenient location right downtown, within walking distance of many of the most important sights, shops and businesses. This time, I was checked in by a young lady named France. I indicated that I preferred a quiet room. She then asked me to wait a moment and she conferred with a supervisor. She then came back and announced that they had upgraded me to a larger room that she assured me would be quiet. The room was indeed large. It was also beautiful and blissfully quiet. I want to thank France for the excellent and efficient service, and the Rialto for offering a great place to stay in the heart of the city.

Amazing Staff that went above and beyond! Bertu and France were amazing with lots of smiles and ensured our stay was a 5 star experience! Will definitely let our friends know of this amazing gem.

I had a great experience. I had to check out the next day but I also had to work. The staff and manager were amazing and opened their Private dining room so I could stay there and work for about 4 hours with no problem. I didn't get to use the rest of the amenities but the location is great so is the service.

I recently stayed at Hotel Rialto during my trip to Victoria, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The hotel offers great value for the price. The room was not only very clean but also had a stunning view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown Victoria, within walking distance of the famous Chinatown and the beautiful waterfront. It couldn’t have been more convenient! A special shoutout to the hotel staff for their exceptional service. That night was a very special one for me and my fiancée, as I proposed to her. I informed the hotel about my plan, and they went above and beyond by decorating the room with rose petals and other lovely touches. It made the moment truly magical and unforgettable. Our room was big, clean and had a big bath tub, something that I wasn't really expecting from a 3-star hotel. We stayed during Christmas and the next morning there was a bag with candy outside and the signatures of all workers at the hotel. In general, service was perfect and everyone at the front desk was super nice and atentive. I will definetely come back.
