Hotel Riazor

NO HOSPITALITY. The lack of empathy and customer service is truly disappointing. Never will I ever book with this hotel again. It’s one thing to want to run business and it’s another thing to deliver HOSPITALITY and be empathetic of your guests. I booked a one night stay on 12/27/2025 and NYC was hit with a major winter storm that led to cancellations all over the country and my flight was cancelled. I kindly asked the hotel to not refund me but to please change my arrival date to my new flight date given the state of emergency that we were facing in NY. They declined and kept my money. Will never book with a hotel that isn’t kind enough to understand situations like these and put yourself in place of your guests. All high chain hotels and airlines waived fees and accommodated guests, but not hotel riazor. Such a shame that this happened in my own country. No empathy for the fact that families were affected who only wanted to travel to spend the new year with their loved ones who they haven’t seen in years and you couldn’t switch my check in date to just two days after. Your decision hurt more than just our pockets. You have no idea how much it costs to work hard to save up money to travel to see your loved ones during the holidays and be affected by a storm out of your hands that is not in your control. 0/100.

The hotel was fairly clean, the staff was kind and the check in process was fast and easy. There was a leak in the bathroom sink and that caused a puddle of water every time we used it. We selected the breakfast included option and that was really good. They have good food selection, the restaurant is next to the hotel, and you can add additional items for a reasonable price. In general it was a good experience.

Great for a one night stay. The place was clean, personnel friendly and helpful. The restaurant is steps away. The food and prices are decent.

Good for quick stops, manolo restaurant is good too they're 24 hr place

Very nice people. Hotel is super clean. The only downfall is there is no coffee maker, they should add an extra desk for space. I was there for 11 days, I had to buy a kettle to make my instant coffee. Besides that room service people were super nice. There is the Renaissance hotel right across for those who like to use their luxurious dining and casino room. Riazor hotel was great. Thank you

Checked in but room wasnt ready yet but it was ok since I wanted to eat first. Their restaurant has really good snd affordable food options. Nice staff too. Good security always manning the parking and front door. Room was ok, bathroom was nice. Lighting was weirdly yellow. Tv super small, sheets super thin. but for the price it was ok. Get ready for heavy traffic outside. Front desk was nice. Ill stay here again. I already booked my stay for next week. i love the location too

we booked this last minute, were checked in quickly, and loved our room.||The beds were comfortable, and we had enough space to move around the room. We liked the minibar contents, and the prices were very reasonable.||I didn't like the shower... I felt it was very narrow, and I'm plus sized. It felt very tight.||The free parking was very convenient. I loved our stay, and would return to a different room with wider shower.

Stayed here from December 31st - January 4, 2025. There is a restaurant next to it. Parking is free and the attendants are helpful. Service is quick to respond to some issues.
