I am just wrapping up my stay here and have had a wonderful experience. The service was phenomenal. From the valet to front desk and housekeeping my welcome was warm. After check-in the attentiveness from everyone I came in contact with showed they place service and customer experience as their priority. I did also want to call out the restaurant - The Two Bit Club. The food was very good (I would happily return), but again, the service was excellent. I sat in the bar and the bar staff was friendly and polite, and even brought me a little complimentary appetizer, which was the Yellowtail Crudo, scrumptious! Thank you to Vitus for a wonderful dinner.

Loved staying at this new Charleston boutique hotel in the heart of downtown. The Richemont had a welcoming staff that was very attentive and made sure you felt right at home. The restaurant on the first floor, Two Bit Club, had great cocktails and a fun Asian flare menu. The rooms were clean and had a fresh hotel vibe. The beds, linens, pillows and sheets were all high quality and comfortable. The room came with 2 luxury bath robes which I feel is always overlooked. It was my birthday and they left a bottle of champagne and kind handwritten note. Location of the hotel is perfect for anyone staying downtown! Walkable to all the shops and other restaurants and bars. We had a great stay here! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a Charleston hotel! We’ll be back!

I usually don't write reviews but I made an exception for the Hotel Richemond. This hotel was beautiful, super clean, and comfortable. The rooms and bathroom were a good size for a couple, with a balcony and a steamer for your wrinkly clothes. The staff was great from the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with smiles and a friendly demeanor. It was like we were greeted by old friends. Plus downstairs we had the best dining experience ever! The two-bit club food was awesome and their staff was amazing! A big shout out to Alyssa she was the best. Overall it was a great experience and I can't wait to go back!

The best part of the hotel is the service. There are lots of lovely hotels in Charleston, and this is certainly one of them - but the service here is top of the line. My concerns were answered promptly, and the hotel staff were friendly and assisted with questions about local tours. |Hotel location is also great - right off King Street which has fantastic shopping and restaurants. The hotel restaurant is a standout in its own right, however, offering Southern cooking with a Vietnamese flair. The cabbage salad was excellent.|The room was very clean and serviced daily. There was also a full kitchen which was handy. The bathrooms were spacious and furnishings were modern and comfortable. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed a wonderful 4 day stay at the hotel Richemont. The hotel is in an ideal location, walking distance from restaurants, sites and shopping. The rooms are nicely updated. However, what truly makes the hotel an outstanding experience is the folks who work there. The front desk and housekeeping team created an incredibly welcoming atmosphere that made us want to stay longer. Latonya, Isabella and Tamara were just phenomenal and went out of their way to make sure we're well taken care of. Thank you to the three of you and the rest of the team. We hope to be back next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Richemont. The location is perfect, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. However, there were a few small issues we wanted to mention. When we requested bottled water, we were told they had run out. Our room was cleaned, but the coffee and creamers weren’t restocked, and when we asked for more, we were informed that we’d need to wait until the next day when the room service staff returned. Additionally, there were some gnats around the croissants at breakfast, so we decided to skip those. On a positive note, we’d like to give a special shoutout to Phil at valet. He was the only one working during checkout and handled everything quickly, efficiently, and with such a great attitude. His excellent service really stood out and was much appreciated!

Our stay at Hotel Richemont was one of our favorite hotel experiences. We found the hotel to be very tasteful and our room was spotless each day. We had a spacious room with very comfortable beds. The location could not be more perfect for walking to most parts of the city. But most enjoyable were the lovely staff we met like Britton, the general manager and Latanya, head of housekeeping, who went out of their way to make our stay really special. We lovedTwo Bit Club and had dinner there twice in 5 days! Our stay was a 10!

Google
Our stay at Hotel Richemont was absolutely incredible and honestly even better than we could have imagined. From the moment we walked in, everything felt so beautiful, elegant, and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, and every little detail of the hotel was just stunning — from the décor to the calm, peaceful atmosphere. Our room was spotless, cozy, and had such a relaxing vibe. The location was perfect too, close to everything but still quiet and charming. We truly didn’t want to leave. It was an amazing experience from start to finish, and we can’t wait to come back again soon.

Yelp
The is the first time we stayed at the Hotel Richemont ... I must say the was absolutely the best hotel and location in all of Charleston .. first thing like we say like in real estate location, location location. This hotel is in the center of everything. The shops the restaurants the bars .. the staff is unbelievable. Jenifer helped us with the check-in with all the little things that we needed throughout our stay from bottles of water to coffee in our room to laundry.. the valet which I had four of them while I stayed here at the hotel were all prompt. They had my car waiting for me when I arrived from out of my hotel room they washed and wiped down my vehicle every morning before I exited for a day of of shopping and dining and experiencing the local entertainment and museums. next if you've never stayed at a boutique hotel, you deserve to treat yourself to experience where they treat you like a person not a guest, where they know you by name not a number where your room feels like you're not far from home then in an airport and that's what the hotel Richemont delivers each and every day. the coffee in the morning was outstanding the croissants, Sweet and fresh. The staff always attentive to anything that you might need before you leave for the day . Thank you Jennifer again for everything

Yelp
The best part of the stay was the excellent staff. They were top notch and very accommodating. I don't normally mention staff by name but all the staff went above and beyond. A big shout out to Latana, Tamara, Belle, Carly and Philip all were a joy to deal with while staying at the hotel. I can say all were extremely pleasant and helpful in their own way during our five night stay and even before we arrived. But also to Aladan and Isabella who made sure I made it to my son's rehearsal at a local church on time when my Uber driver was not going to be of any help. This was amazing and so appreciated! As for the room itself, a big plus was the ample closet space I needed for gowns, tuxedos and other dress items. The only drawbacks were no table near the only chair in the room, and lighting over bathroom mirror could be a bit brighter especially since one must lean in across a large sink/vanity area to apply makeup, etc. Otherwise the room was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed.

Yelp
I purchased the room through Hotel Engine but confirmed with the hotel that the room I reserved had two beds. Upon checking in the room had one bed. According to management the hotel was full and could not accommodate me. They offered an air mattress but said it was a fire hazard so they offered me blankets to sleep on the floor after paying for the room - not even a cot. The staff fails to go out of its way to be empathetic or understanding and would not even be creative to accommodate guests. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Yelp
I will not stay here again. Valet did not show up for work. I had to wait 40 minutes to get my car in the morning. I almost missed my flight. No glasses in the bathroom. Had to use a coffee cup. The air conditioning in my room was broken, so I had to relocate to another room. The only bright spot, the restaurant, Two Bits, was excellent.

Yelp
Stayed at Richemont with some girlfriends for two nights. 5 Star stay! This small, new hotel is beautiful, tucked just off King and walkable to tourist/shopping areas and also bars and restaurants. And while the property was wonderful, it was the staff that really made this stay wonderful! GM Britton Delis and his staff cheerfully provided a personal level of hospitality that is largely absent post COVID from my well-traveled POV. Special shout out to LaTonya! Our group had some special requirements that were in the reservation notes. A week in advance she reviewed notes, called to discuss, made reservation adjustments, and updated notes ensuring a smooth check-in and great stay! Too many other small touches to mention and there were many, but it is safe to say when I am back in Charleston, this is where I will stay again!

Yelp
This hotel is superb with even greater potential. It has only been open a few months but it is extremely well run. Four things prevent me from giving it 5 stars. First, our room was beautifully appointed, but had only 1 chair and no desk or desk chair. No sofa, no 2nd chair, no side table, no desk. Second, the rooms lighting was a bit harsh unless you used the dimmer switch and then it was a bit dark. You need more lamp options (although there currently are no tables on which you could put a lamp). Third, only 1 elevator. This is only an issue if the elevator breaks down, which it did during our stay. The manager, Latonya, and her entire did everything within their ability to make our stay as pleasant as comfortable despite having to walk the stairs every time we wanted in or out of our room. Of course they couldn't fix the elevator and weren't to blame for it not running. Finally, our room had an ice bucket but the floor had no ice machine. Would we stay at the Richemont again? Absolutely, it is close to the Market and is a truly lovely place. The staff is as good as it gets, which is to say, superb. And the adjoining restaurant, Two Bit Club, is phenomenal as well.

Yelp
The service and hospitality here is unmatched. A group of our friends accidentally came upon this hotel, hoping to grab a coffee to avoid the rain. Immediately, Destiny greeted us and said they did not have a coffee shop exactly, but that she would love to make us a coffee while we waited for the rain. We assured her it was okay and that we were not guests of the hotel, but she insisted and brought us each our own coffee at no charge. The coffee by the way was outstanding. We will be back in the future to stay here and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in Charleston!
