Hotel Rigat Park&Spa

I was one week in the hotel. I visited the other areas nearby and there is no hotel better situated or a higher level of luxury. The hotel is closed to non-Guests. This makes the environment very calm and peaceful. The restaurant has very good food And the pool is very relaxing. No children and no one reserving chairs all day. I was in room 321. I think this is most likely the best room in the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable as was the terrace which had two sun loungers, a table, and two chairs. I enjoyed that every evening, looking out onto the water. The bathroom is small, but has everything necessary. The bathtub was deep for soaking. For me it was a bit surprising how guarded the staff was with their ice. It seems strange, but it was nearly impossible to get ice. To have a bucket of ice in the room was six euros. It also is basically impossible to get any type of cocktail except those few listed on their menu. I found this true in the entire area. No one seems to know what a Cosmo or a martini is. I had narrowed my search to this hotel and one other one. I am so very glad I chose this one. It is only three levels of rooms and it’s very tranquil and luxurious. It is an older hotel, but that That is part of its charm. Everything is updated.

Rigat Park & Spa Hotel has a great location right on Fenals Beach, which is much quieter than the main Lloret beach. The building has a lot of character and feels more like an old Mediterranean villa than a typical hotel, which I liked. My room had a nice sea view and a balcony, although the décor is definitely more “classic” than modern. The pool and garden area are beautiful and perfect for a lazy afternoon. The spa facilities are a nice bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast had plenty of choice.

Staying here as a family of 3. The aircon leaked all night and the receptionist told me that when/if it starts leaking again, then me and the baby should come back to reception. I told her I didn’t want to wake the baby at night and she said she had 3grandkids and it’s not a big deal. Very bad service. We stayed here bc of the fire in France and were evacuated. These guys showed 0 empathy.

This hotel has its identity, where staff takes care of all necessary details to make your stay memorable. Excellent ubication and the views are amasing! Highly recommended!

Great location, good car parking available, food great. Service was not up to a 5star hotel. Lady at pool bar was so rude and blunt.

The hotel is perfect in all respects! The location on the beautiful beach, vintage style design, ideal cleanliness, attentive and courteous service, excellent breakfast, fully equipped spa. Really, you can spend an entire vacation without leaving this hotel. We were very impressed, the hotel is highly recommended.

The hotels location is amazing, in addition to the restaurant terrace and pool facing the sea, you get access directly to the beach. The decor is unique and memorable although not to everyone’s taste. The dinner from the restaurant was not good and we would not recommend having dinner there. For small portions with high prices we expected good quality but were very disappointed. The mussels were overdone in the seafood pasta and the pork tenderloin was also very dry. For such a beautiful location it seems a waste not to have better attention to the restaurant
