Hotel Rigat Park&Spa

I stayed at this hotel in end of September 2023 and place was clean and overlooking the beach nice location the problem I had was one of the maids stole my 500 skirt I realized when I got home and was unpacking so please beware of your belongings lock them up it was very disappointing to come home after a beautiful vacation and realize that was stuff was gone through

The hotels location is amazing, in addition to the restaurant terrace and pool facing the sea, you get access directly to the beach. The decor is unique and memorable although not to everyone’s taste. The dinner from the restaurant was not good and we would not recommend having dinner there. For small portions with high prices we expected good quality but were very disappointed. The mussels were overdone in the seafood pasta and the pork tenderloin was also very dry. For such a beautiful location it seems a waste not to have better attention to the restaurant

Rigat was perfect for what we were looking for. The service was impeccable. The staff were friendly and helpful in every way. The building is gorgeous in a classical Spanish way. Our suite was the best! We had an extraordinary terrace overlooking the beach and the Mediterranean. Fenals beach was the best we found on Costa Brava (far better than the main beach of Lloret de Mar). The access from the hotel was easy. The bed was luscious and comfortable. The air conditioning was much appreciated. We'd go back any time!

It's a beautiful hotel in a privileged location. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming. The room we had was a standard room with a view of the beach. It had an ample balcony, the view was great and the king size bed was the largest bed I remember ever sleeping in! The decor around the hotel is unique and may not be to everyone's personal taste but I loved it. The only criticisms I would add are that the breakfast buffet could be improved both in terms of variety and quality and the dinner menu also had room for improvement.

The hotel is in a perfect location however with that being said there’s more negatives than positives. The suites on the lower ground had such a strong smell which made it impossible to sleep in there and as a result had to cancel the stay. I ended up being sick and was told by the receptionist who was very rude and not understanding that this is what you get for a hotel that is beach front. The price you pay gets you nothing but misery. The reception manager was not helpful at all insisted that all complaints should’ve been done before 12pm and continued to speak in Spanish to her colleague completely ignored the fact that the problem was not resolved and did not acknowledge the fact that what she was doing was disrespectful.

Vintage style hotel in a beautiful location and excellent sea views. The only one within the beach in this style and against big block of flats type hotels nearby.||||Nice swimming pool and jacuzzi in a quiet and relaxing location surrounded by the restaurant and bar. ||||Good points will also be definitely the location and coziness of the place, excellent restaurant staff and food in general.||||Improvement will be the spa and cold hot tub which would make a difference. ||||There is also lots of steps and levels and only 1 lift in the hotel, so not so baby cots and disabled friendly but we have managed to overcome.||||Downstairs bistro is a bit of disappointment as the prices are maintained from 5 star rated hotel upstairs but the food and service are 2 max 3 star cafe.||||I wouldn't agree with a 5 star rating compare to other I visited by this may be the local rating or my personal choice.

Absolutely stunning location. Beautiful building and definitely the most beautiful hotel in the area. Lovely spa. Great service. Dinner buffet price is prohibitively expensive. Our family of 4 was placed in one of the corner suites, with 2 rolling beds for the children brought in. Beautiful room with only a bath, and the twin beds had individual lift and lower switches which were fun. Unfortunately there were no plugs by the beds and 2 other wall plugs we eventually found were not working. Also, it was surprising not to find any coffee or tea making facilities. I suspect this was due to the lack of plugs!|Very glad to have stayed here. Romantic setting, recalling old world glamour.

The charm of this hotel is the old world glamour combined with modern services and facilities. The building itself is far away from all the prefab hotels we are used to seeing today. And all that at an unbeatable location. The sea is present during your whole stay wherever you are.||||We had a great room with living room with fireplace, changing room and terrace. The bed is very comfortable.||||The service is excellent, very professional. The lunch menu was very good and reasonably priced. Keep some room for the delicious desserts. ||||Spend some time at the spa and do use the pool if the sea is too wild.||||All in all, an excellent hotel to have a romantic stay.
