Hôtel Rimouski

I had a fantastic stay at Hôtel Rimouski! The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The bathroom and shower were spotless, and everything felt new and modern. The overall experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

An older building bit nicely renovated Pros: - clean, spacious rooms - friendly staff, will speak English - A great upscale restaurant (La Brigade 225) in same building - dinner was delicious, can have a buffet breakfast for a cost but worth the price as there was a lot of selection. - close to boardwalk which is a nice walk and view of the river. - toilet at first would flush, then didn't. Maintenance came almost immediately to fix. The person didn't speak English so hard to converse with, but problem fixed asap. Cons: - small bathroom (typical of older buildings) with a low counter with medium space for toiletrees - only 1 elevator - only 1 ice machine on first floor Pros outweigh the cons and I would recommend and would stay here again

What a disappointment! When my son opened the sofa bed, the sheets were covered in bodily fluids, dried dirt and a dirty Kleenex. The receptionist explained that there was no manager and no housekeepers in the evening but that she would send someone to put clean sheets. A gentleman went and he himself was as disgusted as my husband and my sons. ||Nobody went to see them to apologize, offer a complimentary breakfast, a partial refund... No action at all taken by the administration to demonstrate that they care. ||I paid $276.00 for a suite for a one night stay for my husband and sons. I sent an email to Hotel Rimouski sharing my discontent after their stay and also told them I was expecting a refund. They didn’t even reply. It is the first time I leave negative feedback about a Hotel.

Staff was nice. But I will definitely not come back there. My room, which was facing the parking lot, was right in front of a big and bright street light. And the room was not equipped with blinds that were properly working. I cant believe that for the price I paid, I didnt even get a good night of sleep.

Ok place. Room carpeting smells...soiled and old I think. The indoor pool chlorine smells strong. The restaurant inside the hotel however is nice a d decent and bfast foods are not the best but better than most I have been.

I stay here often for work. Great hotel, friendly staff. I prefer the renovated rooms though.

Location is excellent Rooms are a bit outdated (specifically the bathroom showers) But the beds are comfortable! Pool was warm but needed a bit of a cleaning however keeping it to the standard they already have is hard, can’t ask for more in times where staff is hard to find and harder to keep. Staff is kind, and willing to help with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend for a weekend getaway

The hotel is well placed, a little bit worn, but do the job, have some pearls like the restaurant Brigade 225 is an excellent place, the swimming pool is ok, the Jacuzzi doesn't work, but clean towels are on place, the main carpet at the lobby is asking for a replacement long ago, has been patched with duct tape, the room is a Junior suite but since arriving we were informed that chamber maid will not be coming, if we need something, we go and ask for it, seems lack of personal, but in general not a bad place, the view is magnificent, bed not bad, and minimum confort services are provided as mini refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, I still give 4 ⭐ Even compared with others similar
